TK Palace Hotel & Convention Bangkok

Employees were helpful allowing me to stay in the same room on successive nights.

Rooms are very clean. Everyday cleaning service was excellent. Bed mattresses are more like international type, comfortable and not too hard. The people working there are professional and pleasant.

I would appreciate smart TV , so I can login with my Netflix or HBO profile.

We liked that the hotel was about a 10-minute drive from Don Mueang Airport in Bangkok. We booked two rooms across from one another, one for the adults and one for our two older boys, which the hotel was able to accommodate. The room sizes were huge! The furniture and decor were fairly modern and felt very clean.

As to be expected, the hotel was in a busier part of town since it was near the airport. This meant some noise, but it didn't bother us enough that we couldn't sleep. On the other hand, it meant eateries nearby. The staff seemed a bit short in their responses and the restaurant was not open when we arrived at 5pm.

Swimming pool and gym area were enjoyable. The restaurant had a good and interesting selection.

Industrial, commercial, no warmth.

Very close to the Impact arena. Beautiful facilities. The staffs were very friendly.

Very convenient location for going to Impact Arena Muang Thong Thani. Plenty of parking. Staffs were nice. We got last minute deal so, it was very affordable.

The room and especiallt bathroom was very small. It was very noisy in the morning with constructions around and the wall are very thin. The pillow was too thick for me.

Old building, cleaning is not so well.Some smell from the pipe in the toilet.

Value for money. Friendly staff. Good size room with tea and coffee supplied.

Nothing I like about

When I book on booking.com, I set the filter as with airport shuttle bus, this property pops out and I am under the impression of the hotel will provide the shuttle bus ,but when I get there and ask for the shuttle bus ,they said they don't have . When I ask for the swimming pool and sauna showing in the hotel advertising, they told me these facility are not open. There are mosquitoes in the room while we are at the 8th floor and the room is old and very basic. I booked with breakfast but they don't give me access . Terrible service ,I regrets to book it.

Horrible sound proofing. I could hear people opening the door, I could hear people walking in the corridor. And people walking in the room above

1. The price is not high, and is near a skytrain station which can be interchanged to Don Muang airport and also connects into the city (a bit far at that, though). Recommended for staying the night before flight if you have a morning flight.2. The staffs tries to solve problems about noisy guests.

1. I tried to get a room with a large bed. I'm ok if they are unavailable, but the notification about that was too delayed. It came after I already checked out.2. Staying in a neighboring room was a group of extremely noisy chinese tourists. It was 2am and they shouted and laughed loudly. I phoned the staffs and they came to tell them. They were still loud and I had to phone the staffs the second time.

Very large room very clean and spacious Hotel and super fast lifts good happy hours and combination for snacks and beer and nice Beer Garden or outdoor area for meals close to train station pink line is owned by the same company as green line so if you are coming from the airport it is very good but remember this is way out in Suburbia long way from Bangkok great and friendly staff

I wish I had known there was extra charge to use the sauna but other than that all good

.modern stylish hotel

mainly Asian style breakfast doesn't really cater for English quests BUT this is Thailand.

The hotel was nice and clean, the door people, room cleaners, and room service people were all very nice

The front desk staff was not very friendly.

Clean. Helpful staff. Food and drinks in lobby were great.

Breakfast was in a different restaurant and it was poor quality and cold so we ate over the road at the Charm mall. We had six rooms and the air conditioning didn’t work in one room so check the air con before you unpack!

We enjoyed the breakfast and the cooking staff who were very welcoming and friendly.

The receptionists were not friendly. They were very strict and not welcoming. The tourist desk staff was very helpful and friendly.
