water pressure was bad and barely any warm water came from shower. tat can definitively be improved

It was a bit quieter being just off the main busy Silom Rd. The room was spacious with a big comfortable bed and modern decor. Bottles of water and toothbrushes a nice extra for guests. Air con worked very well. Lovely nightlife and restaurants within a 10 minutes walk.

It's not as close to the metro station as we'd have liked but there are plenty of buses, taxis etc.

Yeah, i didn’t expected better in Bangkok. Small, noisy, expensive for what you get.

we stayed for two nights, it was the cleanliest accomodation we had so far in Thailandthe location is excellent, 10 min by foot from the sky train, and next to a very busy street with shops, street food, everything you could need

a lot of windows but no view, but I think that's kind of to be expected in most budget locations for big cities

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The reception was open 24 hours, which was very convenient. The rooms were clean and were cleaned daily. The hotel also has relaxing massage chairs.

The room was small, and the location was odd, far from restaurants or central areas.

Clean, good location not far from Chong Nonsi elevated train station, simple but healthy breakfast, and above all very friendly and very helpful staff. They arranged a taxi ride to the BKK airport for just 500 Thai Baht.

The apartment is beautiful, albeit a bit smaller than what the photos might suggest. The interior space is tastefully made, the massage chairs are a highlight!The location is near a main avenue with lots of leisure options.

Not really the hotel's fault but it did impact my stay significantly: as of early November 2024 there was a huge construction project going on next door which created massive amounts of noise and even vibrations, between approximately 9am and 6pm. Needless to say, it was not very pleasant to be in the room at those times. This appears to be a project that might last a couple of years, so please keep that in mind before booking.The bathroom wasn't bad, but not on par with the rest of the apartment. The alley leading to the hotel looks a bit dodgy - not dangerous, but simply not that nice, especially at night.It was really the noise that broke the deal for me, but honestly, considering the price, I would say it was not a great deal overall.

It is true there is a construction going on but It did not bother me.Breakfast is a big improvement opportunity, I can see they try to provide the service but some things do not look very fresh or appetizing. i just had breakfast one time because of this.

Affordable price as a solo traveller

The sound cancellation was not great, it was loud.Location wise if you’re gonna walk to the gay area will be 15minutes, so I would suggested stayed in more centre instead.It was also inside the street in Bangkok, bit sneaky

Perfect. Having travelled to 34 countries and some of them many times, I can safely say that this is the best hotel room I have had outside of Las Vegas. Very well designed and thought through. Vital amenities are present (safe, kettle, fridge) but it is the little things that count - like placement of power outlets, adequate yet minimalistic storage, proper bedside drawers, shelf in the shower, placement of mirrors, small exit to balcony and fresh air, glass shelving, complimentary water, basin deep enough to place the kettle beneath the faucet, under basin storage to utilise. Added to which, a selection of 4 different pillows ensured one could choose the right hardness/softeners ensuring proper sleep. Wonderful mattress, night light. My room came with a large TV although I didn't use it and the aircon has handheld controls (a good thing as this allowed control when in bed). I asked for a quiet spot and was duly provided such, in and end room on 3rd floor. Elevator was always functional as was the door entry card. WiFi was good and extends to the outside of the property where patio seating is. Location worked perfect, 7-11 and foot massage at the Silom Road end of Silom 14. This was a really superb room and I will be back in to this hotel in 2025 and will request the exact same room for my stay. Definitely my #1 choice property for trips to Bangkok.

There was nothing unlikeable. 100% perfect for me and my type of solo travel.

The location is 10 minute walk from the centre of the Silom nightlife, and similar walk to the Skytrain The staff was nice, and the rooms clean. For those wanting to sample street food, or on a budget, i suggest the small street market opposite the old hindu temple, soi 20 i think. It gettting popular with westerners for its price, service and safety of the food

The building site.There is a large construction site next to the hotel, and they are at the stage of pile driving etc. very noisy .

Good location, great staff, clean room, cozy place !

The location is excellent. The lobby area is pleasant as is the staff that greet you. They told me when I arrived they were upgrading me to a better room. The room was spacious and well equiped.

Now it is all down hill. The better room overlooked a construction site which was active from 7AM to 8PM and had equipment moving in the middle of the night. The room was incredibly hot and you could not leave the AC on when you were not in the room. When you put it on it took several hours to cool the room to beat the heat and humidity of Bangkok. The breakfast was fine but it was in an open air area which was very hot and humid. This would be a very nice hotel without the construction and the AC issue.

nice breakfast and nice room design… very comfortable and modern

No View. I paid more for a Balcony, but really it’s a balcony to look at the Wall across the street.
