This property is located in the centre of the Khaosan Road. Very easy to step down and do walk to enjoy the street. Very comfortable location. Neat, Fresh and small rooms. AC, Wifi , bathroom, Staff and all good.

Not recommended for families with 1+ more kids. Room space is small , not enough space to keep the luggage, No Shelves available. Very narrow corridor. Mostly Suitable for Bachelor tourists.

It’s my 2nd time there. I love it. The place near everything. Nice stuff great price

On the khaosan road , best street on bangkok , nice hotel in middle of the road

The room was spacious enough for three, with comfortable beds and friendly staff. The pool was also great, and we were lucky to have it all to ourselves during our stay.

As expected, the property was right in the middle of the party street, which wasn’t ideal for us since we were looking for a quieter stay and a good night’s sleep. We didn't do our research (haha). The room also didn’t have any windows, and I personally found the lighting a bit too dim. Brighter lighting would have been nicer, in my opinion.

They area is a party Street, so we cannot sleep in that sound, party upto 3am. I face bad experience from the staff, the staffs are not friendly.

The rooftop pool is an amazing place to watch the sunset. The room was adequate and comfortable. They even supply free ear plugs to block out the insanity of khaosarn road lol

Not much. There weren’t many power outlets in the first room

Literally on the Main Street, room was clean and comfortable

The noise levels - we were warned by the staff and they did offer an alternative room but we really didn’t expect it all night so loud - we returned at the end of travelling and stayed in a different room which didn’t have the same noise

Nothing terrible place u gotta walk through a fish market type thing threw some dirty alleyway to get to the hotel entrance and on the loudest street in Bangkok

Recently our hotel of choice in Bangkok, great location snd price, the swimming pools open till midnight, and as long as you choose room without the windows you can get decent sleep

Room was very dirty and uncomfortable and they didn’t provide room service at all

Central location right on Khao san road - lovely relaxing pool with bar serving lovely food - staff very accommodating

The room was like being on the street! Literally felt like we slept in the bars, great for a night or two but anything more request a room at the back

Everything you need for a few nights in Bangkok. Pool bar on roof when you want to get away from the city hustle.

Location is right in the middle of all the fun - but quiet enough & insane rooftop pool - would stay again.

It wasn't too loud in our room as we had a room without windows which was a plus. The rooftop pool is really nice! Customer service was great.

Rooms could have been better.

Location is good if you want to be in the thick of kohsan road. Secure building with door and front end staff always on duty. Rooftop pool was very nice.

Air conditioner was a bit weak .

The smell of cannabis, the very loud Music until 5 am, the bed there was hard as a rock, no towels in the pool as there had been to many guest, the novice from the bathroom (sounded like an alarm clock)…. Infact we hated the place and was happy to leave next morning
