Too small for the lobby

People is so helpful and the breakfast just amazing

Great Location right at the Pleonchit BTS station. Very nice breakfast buffet. Room was a good size, very clean, and comfortable bed

Breakfast had a good selection.

Good torn furnitures. Dirty bathroom. Very poor quality bath towels. No drinking water bottles in the room. Dirty old room carpet. Bed linens were not ironed. Horrible pillows. Corridor carpet was in bad condition. I stayed in this hotel 30 years ago. It was a very good hotel. We enjoyed Our stay those days. Never will we book this hotel again.

Room wasn’t clean, I found old seed from seed on the floor and the toilet was dirty. A lot of dust on lamps also.

We always stay there because of the location and friendly porters and staff.

check in and check out times take too long. The bathrooms need better maintenance. We were two males staying in one room and the toilet seat would not stay up.

The toilet shower head is weak

very close to the city or it is in the city. Sky Train is available. The hotelHas everything, nice swimming pool, gym room. Security is safe using the room system to control undisirable guests.

The whole building is cracked after the last earthquake. It feels like it will collapse at any moment, Musty sewer smell in the lobby, the elevator is slow and hot, it doesn't even have a fan, and the music is very loud in the elevator.

Great location for Bangkok.

Bathroom is too dark and the spray nozzle beside the toilet does not work well - low quality

Lobby bar made excellent Margs and Pinas, hotel restaurant has various special offers and facilities were lovely. A little nail bar and massage place very close by.

Not super close to a heap of bars or restaurants. It is very close to the big shopping centre however- just a short ride up the street.

There is 2 elevators only the other 2 not working , so we are waiting more time
