The staff were amazing and the hotel was very clean.

The first room we were given had a broken AC unit, they moved us into another room with an updated view and working AC which was great. We went to the speakeasy on the rooftop to order a drink and they were out of ingredients to make our drinks so we left

These guys have their act together. Well run operation. Facility is very well maintained. Decor is elegant. Water pressure and hot water are excellent. Linens were exceptional. Well staffed, no lines for anything. True five star hotel.

You get only one towel or a person, and less you ask for more. But that seems to be the trend nowadays. Even in five star hotels.

Unique boutique hotel. Not too big and crowded. Nice rooftop lounge. Nice rooftop pool. Quiet area, but 15-20 minute walk to BTS

The room was lovely and had the best shower of all the hotels I stayed in while in Thailand, the staff were great and very helpful and looked fantastic in there period outfits.

I only thing that was a little annoying was that the room only had filtered coffee available .. something I am not partial to, would have been nice to have a selection of instant coffees like they did with the various tea bags available.

Great location, lovely staff. Close to the Siam shopping center. The room & facilities are great!

The gym, weirdly enoug,h does not have AC

Great location, kind and available staff members. Great food and drinks although somewhat expensive. If I had known how great this place was compared to some other hotels we would have stayed here the whole time.

The location was excelllent, very clean and safe area. Four, our concierge while we were there was amazing. He was so helpful and kind and made our stay pleasant! He is such a great addition to the hotel!

The drain in the shower was clogged which made it hard to shower without water going all over the bathroom floor. We made the front desk aware of the issue but they did not seem concerned nor did anyone come to fix it.

The hotel location and concept is nice. Room size is good. Staff are friendly.

The hotel and rooms are very dark at all times. The towels and linens are very old and not so good looking (I wouldnt use them for house cleaning). One day the housekeeping cleaned up the room at 6pm when we were already back. Interesting planning..I asked for an invoice during checkout and they didnt give me and I had to write emails to booking.com.

The staff was the highlight of this hotel. They tried to make it amazing, always ready to help and to talk. Specially the doormen, they were amazing.

I think to start the room was a bit old and outdated. The door of the shower to open closed the entrance to the toilet. It was really not functional. The TV didnt work to cast. Breakfast was really not up to the standards of the others 5 star hotels we stayed in bangkok. The gym was minimal(How is that you don't have a hang or pull up bar?) The room service food was nothing special. Maybe is just my own taste.

The best part of the hotel is the staff. EVERY single staff member was warm and helpful. They made us feel so welcome. The bars were also classy and still silly, with great views!

The property is beautiful. You walk in and are immediately transported back in time. From top to bottom, they left no detail unturned. The room was spacious and don’t get me started on the bathtub 10+starsThe rooftop had incredible night views and served a great selection of food until 11 or 11:30. It was excellent and very much appreciated since I arrived so late and hungry.The staff was helpful and Seven was helpful even after I had checked out.Thank you for a wonderful experience, I can not wait to come back to this incredible hotel again.

The room was spacious enough, and uniquely decorated. The bed firmness was excellent and the pillows were very comfortable as well. Staff was extra helpful at all times.

The bathroom had a weird layout so sometimes it was difficult to get by for the two of us in the narrower parts. Even with all the lights switched on, the lighting was very dim, which I guess was on par with the Muse's vibe, but overall not that usable, unfortunately. Breakfast was lackluster, we were having a bigger selection in a hotel in Chiang Mai, and also, somehow the scrambled egg felt "off", like it was not made using the usual recipe. Overall, we expected more from this place for the price and the brand.

The room was spacious, the pool on the 18th floor fantastic and the rooftop bar with it's unique cocktails it's fantastic. Very close to almost everything.

The location was so good everything was so close to us , the room was very beautiful and aesthetically pleasing. The breakfast buffet very delicious The reception staff was super friendly

No bidet in bathroom.it gets really crowded in breakfast buffet sometimes

I paid a 6,000 baht deposit upon check-in. It’s now been over two weeks since I checked out, and the deposit has still not been returned. I’ve contacted the hotel multiple times with no proper response. This kind of delay is unacceptable and left me with a very negative impression. On top of that, there was a strong, unpleasant smell in the room that made the stay uncomfortable. I would advise guests to be very careful when paying deposits and make sure to get proper confirmation.

Hotel Muse is my absolute favorite property in all of Thailand! I had the pleasure of staying here 15 years ago on the suggestion of a friend, after my son graduated from college.This stay was even better than I had remembered!Having been exhausted from long travel,& late arrival, I was greeted by the most elegant, dapper front Hotel staff, including the exquisite concierge, Antonio, with a most refreshing drink in the most creative fashion. I later learned that one of his young staff even refers to him as: Superman, which I later understood why. Antonio can solve any situation.This hotel is designed from top to bottom as a speakeasy with beautiful wood, exquisite fresh orchids, everywhere, and perhaps my favorite rooftop infinity pool, which is never crowded. It was a dream to swim at night under a full moon, watching the white puffy Georgia O’Keeffe clouds meander in the sky with colored lights from all the many skyscrapers.The rooms at this hotel are extremely well appointed: black marble with white veining on the floors, and walls in the bath. A beautiful clawfoot bathtub as well as walk-in shower can be viewed from the bedroom area thanks to an enormous glass plate window separating.Exquisitely, comfortable bed, superb linens, excellent cleaning staff, they even have arranged old leather suitcases as a chest of drawer.The buffet breakfast goes on and on.I happen to have lost my favorite Panama hat during an exquisite hidden Bangkok Canal tour when we stopped off to visit a number of artist houses.With one quick call, Antonio magically found my hat, had his Messenger deliver it back to the hotel in mint condition. This concierge Antonio went out of his way for other guests as well as I heard from other visitors. He is the jewel on the crown of this hotel.The rooftop bar has truly been transformed into an old speakeasy with fabulously, dressed servers in flapper, outfits and fringe, with drinks served in the most amazing fashion.

We loved the bath tub!! Very comfortable and stylish. Wish I had that at home!!!

There was a photoshoot on the day we came and they were shooting at the pool when we were there which made us a little uncomfortable to go for a swim. Other than that not a bad word to say about it!
