Grande Centre Point Hotel Terminal21

Unbeatable location right where the BTS and MRT meet, with direct mall access downstairs. The rooms were spacious and incredibly comfortable, breakfast had great global variety, and the pool jets were perfect after a long day.

There was a smell of cigarette smoke on the 20th floor that was so strong even though there are no smoking signs. Sometimes is was so strong we could smell it in out room.

The front desk male check-in staff "THITVICH" should be more friendly and not putting a poker face with no smile at all. This is not the way to welcome guest, the first impression is very very important!!! This really spoiled my holiday!!

Bad temp control in shower, toilet defective, AC not controlled properly no matter the setting.

Location is key, and this hotel is in the center of it all. Amenities were top notch and rooms were beautiful, like an apartment.

Only difficulty was the entrance is on the side of the property and not directly in front so you have to walk through the driveway to enter. This can cause a logistical issue especially late at night. Washer dryer combo was not great at drying clothes.

Loved the staff, amenities, and cleanliness. Would highly recommend. This hotel wont disappoint.

Location and proximity to the BTS and Temrinal 21. Rooms are big and all the amenities are in the room that you need. Breakfast is decent and check in was fast.

The location was very convenient, and the room was clean as well.The doorman and all the staff were kind and helpful.

We needed an early check-in, and we had been communicating with the hotel in advance.However, at the front desk, we were told something different regarding the time and the fee.In the end, we were able to check in early as originally planned, but one of the female receptionists we spoke with didn’t seem very friendly.

Location next to Terminal 21 mall with lot of food options

The room was very small..nothing fancy just like you stay in 3.5 stars hotel room....really overprice. Not environmental wise still used tiny tube of body shower, shampoo, lotion..Stay somewhere else.

Location was perfect and the room bright and spacious.

Breakfast has only a big choice for Asian food. The western breakfast choice is low quality. The pool was quite crowded and all the sun beds were sometimes occupied.

Amazing hotel with wonderful staff and perfect location. Connects to mall and rapid transit (both subway and rail). If I return to Bangkok, I would love to stay here again.

The property is convenient located very near to the BTS and also right at the terminal 21 mall.

The first room was given to us with damaged curtain, leaking water in the bathroom and loud air conditioning so they changed us to a different room still have water leaking in the bathroom, hot water doesn’t get too hot and I got sick after 1st night sleeping in the room could be from the ventilation issue. The breakfast food is terrible the dishes are cold with meat that is hard and it looks like it has been sitting out for a long time. Overall the staff are very helpful and friendly.

Excellent location with direct access to Terminal 21 Mall, offering plenty of dining and shopping choices. The convenient connection to both the BTS and MRT is a big advantage. The hotel has a grand lobby, spacious rooms, and friendly, helpful staff. We’ve chosen to stay here again.
