It¿s outdated hotel that I wouldn¿t call it 5 star at all!

The hotel is very comfortable and well maintained. Everything is extremely clean, housekeeping is done with great care and respect. The staff is wonderful — friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The location is perfect, making it very convenient to get around the city. I genuinely felt comfortable staying here.

Honestly, nothing. Everything met or exceeded my expectations.

I really loved the atmosphere of the hotel itself — calm, warm, and full of character. The staff deserve special mention: incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely caring, making you feel truly welcome rather than just accommodated.

The apartment was a pleasant surprise. The style is not ultra-modern, but very beautiful, well-maintained, and tasteful. It creates a special sense of coziness and comfort that makes you feel at home.

Location is prime, staff are professional, noise levels are okay.

Had to call about noise during cleaning of the unit above me, generally there was a cleanliness issue (see image), changed rooms because the description was misleading, the whole building is falling into ruin, there are broken fixtures all around the room, the bed was super cheap and stiff, and overall the price for all that was waaay too high for BKK.

Well-located in Sukhumvit, close to a 7-Eleven. The room was massive, and included a kitchen. There is not a lot of glamour - it is a simpler hotel than its neighbors, but it gets the job done.

Room and property felt a bit old. Staff was efficient, but not super friendly.

It’s quite inconvenient that the shuttle bus to the BTS is no longer available. Especially when traveling with children, it’s not easy since the train station is quite far. The shuttle service used to be very helpful and convenient in the past.

The room was very spacious. The location is good (Benchasiri Park is from a walking distance, BTS station Phrom Phong also from walking distance and three shopping centers that are next to the BTS station and the Benchasiri Park). There is a sidewalk so you can walk from the hotel to the BTS station and the shopping centers (no need to walk on car road). We found the area to be quiet during night and safe. The staff seemed very friendly.

We did notice a sewer smell in the bathroom time to time. Luckily closing the bathroom door helped/stopped the smell affecting rest of the room. Breakfast was ok. While the staff were attentive and willing to answer questions, the absence of labels on the dishes was a bit inconvenient (difficult to know easily what every dish was). Many dishes seemed to have eggs or dairy products or fish/meat.

Staff tried to be helpful. The place was clean and well looked after.BUT:If you are a vegetarian you will be disappointed. The ten compartments for keeping food warm contained meat, fish, shellfish, etc only. When I questioned this I was told I could have salad. I explained that I had paid the same as others for a breakfast but have no options. I realise I would have less options, but no options is unfair. I brought this up with reception, he just smiled.

Solo traveller so felt a bit isolated… only stayed there three days in transit

Whilst clean and functional, the rooms mainly the bathrooms could do with a refresh / refurb.
