The Royal River Hotel

Great location. You get to see the hustle and bustle of the river and the City here.

I was not pleased with the Wi-Fi.

Dirty room, poor lighting especially the hallways, receptionists are rude. The hotel is at best 2 stars, not 4

Our room was big room 500 beautiful view. It was close to the boat taxis a short walk. And the staff and the food was wonderful.

My flight came very early morning and my check-in was supposed to be at 2pm. They let me check in as soon as I arrived which was great after a 15h flight.

Everything was great, food, service, well done!

We stayed in a room overlooking the river. The view was excellent. We loved watching the river traffic and the hussle and bussle of Bangkok.The food was great,the staff was wonderful, and we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you Royal group ltd.

Pillows for me were a bit too firm.

The room is new and very clean.The staff is nice, however, the maid is not that good.The breakfast is good. Omelet is very good, fresh cook. Suggest having more choice for boiled rice topping or side dishes.

Wifi is very bad. Cannot connect on my mobile phone, ipad, or Macbook.There was no wifi on that floor so that I use the upper floor or lower floor, but cannot connect as well.

Everything: staff, design, view, large room, large bath. Normally it would be somewhat out of my price range, but I received a deep discount.

Room with bunk beds. Very comfirtable ferry to get all attractions by river and free 3min took took from hotel. Free early check in. Clean swiming pool

Very big properly just beside river, it was very goood.

Helpful and friendly staff. Rooms were very large and spacious. Could do with soap in the bathroom sink.

Breakfast could be improved. Selection of dishes was poor. Bacon not cooked enough (crispy) beans we’re always cold. Dinner selection was poor and not worth dinning at the hotel.

Free Tuktuk to the MRT or Piers which is very convenient. About 25 min to China town by train.The breakfast was awesome with lots to choose from and really good and the beds were comfy.

Feels a bit old, and the bathroom was quite moldy.

Having a verandah was great. Huge bed. Restaurant just downstairs overlooking river

Walking up and down stairs to meals area. Only because of knee problems. Good iv there had been a lift

Very nice and relaxing and quiet hotel except 2 nights had to tell people to be quiet in the next room having sex

Pool bit small and not much sun

Staff were professional, rooms were adequate, breakfast was busy but edible, price was ok.

Restaurant closed early without advanced notification, no room service, location is quite distant from shopping locations.
