Awesome hotel, view, location, staff.

Horrendous wifi

Excellent value for money, rooms are clean, close to the Panfa Pier.The area is not tu busy with party tourist. 20+ minutes walk away from Khaosan road.

to get food, street food except 7/11 you need to walk a little bit.

Close to attractions and taxi stands/canal ferry station.Quieter area.

Bathroom was tiny.Not too comfy rooms but good for the price.

Staff.

I woke up with ants all over my clothes and body. Totally unpleasant. Do not bring a gram of food from the outside also where you will have the misfortune of having even more. Even a simple bottle of water. Totally unacceptable.The mattress was hard as iron.The sink is completely clogged.

I loved this place, the attention of the girls is unmatched, they are people with very good communication, empathy, they are always friendly and with a smile, it is the best of the place! The attention! They have a lot of common sense and communication skills. They speak English perfectly.

The place is clean, clean sheets and towels, there is laundry service! The terrace is great with a view of the river! I loved this place, I'll be back!

I am very impressed with the service of the staff here. The room is comfortable at an affordable price, but on the contrary, I was comfortable throughout my stay here.

The beautiful location, there was a community area that overlooked the river, and it was a magical atmosphere. Also the staff were very polite and also helped me with my bags. The checkout time was 12 in the afternoon which is very reasonable. Great hotel

Best Value option we could find, but has quite a few issues facility wise and not very well descripted on pictures. Have in mind that it is a very cheap option and it shows. Staff were great and helpful.

The Staff was really nice. Perfect location, easy to go to the beach, many restaurants around.

I could hear everything in the hallway, people walking and talking.

The budget single room was perfect for me for one night. "Cozy" but quite sufficient with good air-con and well designed layout. Very convenient to visit Wat Saket and travel by boat along the canal. Nice communal balcony overlooking the canal

The staff were Brilliant! Very friendly, helpful and spoke good English. I was very pleased and very surprised for the price. Great bed, spacious room, small desk and separate Shower and Toilet. Good hot water.Hot water and microwave available to use. Small but nice common chill area and Balcony overlooking a river.Overall an Excellent stay! First night was incredibly peaceful. Second night not so much. Just a disgruntled customer banging the doors all night, but hey we all have bad days.The street it's on would probably seem a little dodgy at night to some, but great location (15 mins walk to Khao San road etc. and lots of bus and boat connections).Overall very happy, very satisfied and pleasantly surprised. The ambience, cleanliness and hospitality on the first night was 5* , so thank you to the staff (Reception and Cleaners) - Greatly appreciated!!! A really nice place to unwind and chill after the often hecticness of Bangkok!

Liked the location and value for money. Just needed a bed to sleep in space to store my luggage in the room and also to store at checkout to pick up later in the day and they provided that. Staff could speak fluent English. Very friendly and helpful. Cleanliness of the room was good and maintained by staff.

I noticed some ants in the shower part of the bathroom on one occasion which gave me a bit of the ick. I believe this is due to the infrastructure of the building. It's not a deal-breaker though.

I was here two times. The room is small but very cosy and for me there was enough space. Was clean and had air conditioning which is must have in Bangkok! The personel is super nice !

I like hard mattress but this one super hard. First night was difficult to sleep there are ants in the room. In the toilet it’s fine they can be but they were in room as well and going inside my backpack which was annoying

Very small room. Unusable wifi. Really, very thin walls. You can actually hear the people in the next room snoring or talking. Definitely not worth the money. I checked out before my reservation ended.

The hotel is relatively close to the main attractions, about 30 min walk to the Royal Palace. The room was clean, and the staff very kind and welcoming.
