Nouvo City Hotel

Location, amenities nearby, friendly and polite staff!

Great location by numerous restaurants, bars, massage places, services, etc. Located on a quiet street next to a 7/Eleven.

Nothing really.

All front desk executives are very much helpful with smile.Amenities are meet our expectations with timely clean less. And the location is at the heart of the city where shopping, food treatment are easy to go

Very good stay for us and we got a complimentary upgrade of our room. Generally nice hotel for a budget price.

Some facilities look older but for this price there is nothing to complain.

The location is great with many eateries and shops around. Property is modern and clean. The staff is friendly and wonderful, always eager to assist on whatever questions or help we needed.

Due to the close proximity of the properties across the streets, we have to keep our curtains closed most of the times, thus making the room darker and needing more lighting lights. We only open the curtains whenever we left the room.

The best things about this hotel were the staff and location. From the start the staff were welcoming and gracious and this continued throughout the stay. The location was just a short walk to the tourist boat on the river and I used this to visit many important sites along the river. There were a number of restaurants nearby to walk to in the evening. The breakfast buffet was immense and there were lots of choices.

The pool was crowded so I didn't get to enjoy that. This was one of the reasons I chose this hotel. But no matter the positives outweighed this one negative.

Near to tourist spots, many restaurants outside the hotel. Has their own thai massages, has 2 pool areas.

Nouvo City Hotel was located in a clean and tidy part of Bangkok near a major market and the palace. With two pools, a buffet, another restaurant inside, and many good restaurants located around the hotel, this was a very convenient location with plenty of amenities.

Everything was good.

Location is good.

There are too many rules and unnecessary restrictions: excessive regulations at the swimming pool, very limited smoking areas, and mandatory air conditioning in the gym when it’s clearly not needed......

The location of the hotel, cleanliness of the rooms and the breakfast

My stay at the hotel was great. The room is comfortable and spacious. The bathroom is big and I loved the shower. The hotel itself is quite good and prepared for the large amount of tourism. The staff is proactive and ready to help. I enjoyed the 2 swimming pools and the large breakfast. The breakfast is ok though, nothing super special.

Everything was good. Breakfast could improve, but had all the essentials

Loved the location, it's located within the neighborhood night market. Everything is walking distance, really fun neighborhood. Cleaned our room everyday and left water bottles and clean towels. Staff was attentive and kind.

Location was fine

I need of major renovations, AC is just 60DB blasting in to your room. Gym equipment is al broken

Quiet. Convenient for restaurants and easy walk to Khao San. Clean. Comfortable beds.

Very friendly staff, good location in the city.

Breakfast can be very crowdy

We had a “canal” room. It was very nice but 2 nd floor so you could not really see the canal. Breakfast is exceptional! Love their latte machine and the omelette bar. Their restaurant is “halal” so does not serve alcohol but offers mocktails and the food/service is excellent.

No issues.

the staff were helpful. they helped when we needed their attention. the rooms were comfortable. only if they provided us with two cards we could had kept our rooms cool. they cleaned our rooms even if we didn't requested it.

room cards, area of the hotel, availability of food choices. no public transportation available in the area just taxis or grab. far from the city

Location, restaurant, front lobby staff were helpful

Location, restaurant, front desk was helpful

Breakfast buffet had good selection and switching some of the offerings day to day was good.

Language barrier exists although they speak good English.
