Clean, spacious rooms, and very cozy

There were a few mosquitoes in the patio area, but nothing that affected our overall stay.

Room was much bigger than expected. Great value for money. Staff were very attentive and friendly, empty waters were filled very quickly and returned to my room.

We love it! Amazing staff, huge and cosy room. We would definitely book again.

We visit Bangkok a lot and this is my favourite hotel in the city. It's like a luxury hotel at mid-range prices. Everything is top notch. The bathroom and shower is wonderful. The bed is huge and comfortable. Big room. Great seating and working area. And as always, the staff is professional and welcoming. Seriously the best value at this price range. We keep coming back to this hotel and the standards are always extremely high.

The room was large and clean.

You have to leave a 1,000 baht key deposit so make sure you have this before arriving. They are also doing construction inside the hotel and both days we stayed there was loud hammering for several hours in the room above and next to us.

The windows was looking into the aisle of the hotel floor. And the breakfast was so so.

Great staff. Super clean. Short walk to Victory Monument BTS station. Quiet neighborhood. A nice park nearby.

Just a few minutes walk to the airport rail link terminus and mass transit. I was in Thailand/Laos for a little over three weeks and this hotel was the best one I stayed in, no exaggeration.

No complaints. Everything was fine.

location is fine but the street has construction work, room is fine I had some problems with tv channels, but they solve it

You get a fairly large room, sorry my pictures do not do justice to how roomy it isNote I gave the location rating an OK as currently there are roadworks on the alley that it is located on and when I was there they parked the JCB at the alley entrance pretty much blocking the entrance and when I turned up at night it looked like that entrance to the alley was totally blocked

Another Shin-cracker® bedTip for beginners , there is another True Siam branded hotel about 400 m away, when using Google maps you probably have to be very specific otherwise you will end up at the wrong property.

Staff was really friendly. Room is tiptop clean. Location is very good. 7 min walking you'll find the BTS and move around the city. 7 min away there's a small mall where different food restaurants can be found. Good for first timers in Bangkok.

Buffet a little bit overpriced. For 225 bath I would expect more variety

The hotel is at a really good location. close to the main tourist attractions, night markets, malls etc. There are also quite a few cafes nearby which was great for getting breakfast. Room was spacious and clean, bathroom nice and clean as well. It was surprisingly quiet at night which was great. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Only negative was there was construction/road work on the road to the hotel, which resulted in muddy road so got quite dirty but hotel did inform us beforehand which was nice of them. The staff were very helpful in arranging a taxi for us to the airport. Overall will be happy to stay again.

Good location, near a BTS, 24/7 coffee shop nearby.

The breakfast was often cold, even for cooked items like fried eggs. But it was tasty and I cannot complain.

The only thing I truly valued was the room.It was spacious and immaculate.The employees were welcoming.

The hotel was situated in a narrow alley under construction, requiring us to walk a considerable distance to reach the main road.At times, the taxi wouldn't go into the alley because it was one-way.The breakfast might offer additional choices and diversity.The hotel had just a single elevator, and waiting for it was never a pleasant experience.They provide just 2 bottles of water each day, and if you require more, you have to pay

The bed and pillows are not comfortable at all. The safe box in the room was broken, and I informed the front desk. However it was not been fix.

The check in was smooth and the staff are very accommodating. There was a 1,000 baht deposit. The room was very spacious and the breakfast had a lot of choices. There is a mall nearby and a lot of restaurants in the area. It's also away from the noise but it's a short walk away from the ARL and BTS station.

I hope there is an early check in option, but everything is good

Great rooms. Close to the BTS and local shops. Walking distance to Pratanum markets.
