The location is pretty fantastic cause you are right off Khao san but not directly in the craziness. The pool is also really nice but you have to walk to it as to it is in their brother building down the street. Make sure to get a room with windows.

It was too bad they didn't offer any breakfast or food service, if you felt hungry and didn't want to really go out you had no choice.

The receptionist gave me a refund for my remaining nights through booking.com.It was a mistake to book this. I’m not onto party at all. Only book it if you like khao san road. For me its s nightmare

The location is unbeatable! quiet yet right at the start of Khoasan rd! The room was large and has everything you needed!

There were no plugs anywhere near the beds which is inconvenient. In addition the air conditioning draining every 10 minutes was sooo loud!! Lastly the staff really couldn’t care less about you being there, they’re not unfriendly just unbothered! which is something that can come across a bit unsettling…

There is definitely a lot of noise coming from the main road. I can sleep through the noise but could be critical for people who can’t.I knew the room had no windows when I booked but it got to me after the second day.

This hotel is perfectly located close to all local shops and restaurants. Although close it’s far enough from Khoasan Road that we weren’t disturbed by any noise at night. The rooms were so clean and comfortable. The hotel also offers free use of the facilities at buddy lodge hotel and offers discounts at several restaurants for staying with them. Would definitely return

I really liked the kindness of the employees at the reception. Especially a specific guy who checked me in, checked me out and called me a taxi, very kind. I liked the location and the rooms.

The lack of breakfast is a huge downside.

The accommodation was clean and functional. Staff is friendly and always willing to help. It’s very central and well connected to the main attractions. 100% recommended!

The hotel is in a good location a walking distance of the temples, and just on Khao San road The room is spacious, clean, ours didn't have a window what was good we didn't listen to the noise of the amazing Khao San road ahahaha.The staff was so helpful and friendly, there was a girl that helped us get around and explain here to get the boats and the shopping centers.They have restaurants and bars near where you can have 10%, and just next to the entrance of the hotel the best massage place (with 10% discount as well) they were amazing. Will choose them again for sure.

A SMALL and cramped room with hard and lumpy mattresses ? The room is NOT 25 square meters as stated in the presentation, but more about 15-16 square meters. The balcony is a joke. There is street and traffic noise, and poor soundproofing. You pay for the location, which is 50 meters from Khaosan road, and nothing more.Breakfast is not included, which I expected for the price. Thailand has become expensive, it is no longer cheap (and the land of smiles) - it is all about money. When booking on Booking.com I was told that I would get free airport transfer, since the booking was over a certain amount - but the hotel told me that I did NOT get this.The shower cannot maintain a consistent temperature if you shower with low water pressure to save water, but switches between hot and cold. You have to log in to WiFi every time you want to use it. The elevator is the slowest in the world.Not worth more than a 7 on the scale.

simple and clean hotel, close to Khao San road and many places of interest. Faint noise from party scene at night, no problem for me, slept like a baby. Nice hot powerful shower.

I love this place because i can use the pool at Buddylodge Hotel, even i have to walk for 5-7 minutes since it is in the khaosan road street but you can use it for free.

Very good option if you want to be near Khaosan Road. Bed is comfortable and the room is clean, plus has good facilities.

The location was great so see many nearby sights and party. Due to the great location though, it was very loud at night
