One single towel, not changed, for two people for three days. In-room snacks and drinks grossly, criminally overpriced. Food in their restaurant sometimes FOUR TIMES the prices right outside the hotel. Sorry, wouldn't stay again. Would not.

The fridge isn't cold

Great location with many restaurants, malls and different train stations nearby. We also appreciated the early check-in and the in-room dining options.

We wished that the hotel offered different bottles for conditioner and shampoo.

Breakfast was the best of thr trip so far. Every option under the sun for breakfast.The best eggs Benedict I've had in my life with a great sauce and brioche! Highly recommended!Walked to BigC and to Central world undercover out of the sun 3 road crossing for shopping. Great!!!

Bangkok traffic and roadworks- not in the hotels control!

It’s was well located and the staff were good.

The property could be a bit more cleaner. The lobby smelled bad when we arrived.

Nothing special to say during my stay.

The location is between airport rail and platinum mall. Room size is good, non carpeted floor. Overall is clean but when I just entered, I did see an insert and cleaned up myself.

A pity there is not much shopping in the mall underneath the hotel. The mall under Berkeley hotel beside is also nothing worthy to visit.

Main entrance wasn't good

The hotel location is very good for those who likes shopping is most of the shopping centers are very close including the night markets. The hotel receptions are very helpful amd the wifi connectivity is very strong. I recommend this hotel for sure.

We had a family deluxe room and it was very nice and comfortable, the staff was excellent, very accomodating and helpful. I had a pleasant stay there.

The only drawback was that the propert doesn’t have a grand entrance and also it doesn’t have pool so if going with kids and looking for in-house entertainment there is none.

The staffs are really friendly and helpful. The rooms are pretty close to each other as we requested. And thank you so much for the arrangement of my friend's honeymoon surprise. That was really great and nice of all of the staffs.

We were sad only because we were not able to swim. We all were expecting to swim once we get to hotel. Other thing is please considered turning Air con on in the elevator. Also, the car pick up were not really smooth for all of us since we are not the native citizen of Thailand. But overall, it was pretty good experiences.

The reception staff are very helpful at all times. The hotel's location is ideal. Very close to shopping centers. The Wi-Fi is very strong. I thank the management for making guests comfortable, especially the reception staff. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

The hotel is located in Pratunam. CentralWorld, Platinum Mall , Big C, Pratunam Wholesale market, Palladium night market are all easily accessible by walking. There is also a link bridge which you can use that connects you to the various shopping malls around the area. The nearest BTS is at Siam Station & Ratchadamri Station. It would take about 15 to 20 mins walk from the hotel.If you are adventurous - you can also take the long tail boat via the canal like the locals. Cheap and fun.There is a small "mall" adjacent to the hotel. There is a massage center that opens up to 2 am .. good massage and clean. There are also many eateries and massage along the way. The rooms are clean and the staff are exceptional. Thank you for the kind hospitality.

Staffs were attentive, friendly and helpful.

No pool.

Please was nice and clean.We were plan to stay 2 nights but unfortunate we left the next night. we didn’t sleep well as the room started smelling sewage smell in the evening. once we’re sleeping my Wife woke me up by 3:00 am that she can’t breathe, we started feeling nausea and I immediately went down to the front desk and explain to the staff. Staff team was not understanding what i mean but then they walk with me to see what the issue was. Seems that the toilet sewage smells affect some areas in the hotel 19th floors etc. After some time they changed our room for a bigger room on a lower floor. And told me I need to move all my belonging out now. I ask the Manager it’s 3:45 am can I not do it later this morning? I travel the day and sleep while the room smells really bad. I went back to sleep around 5:30 am and woke up at 8 am to collect my belongings in the other room. All my kids woke up needed to get them back to sleep. To more time and energy from me to recover. Staff Managers had no sense of experience and don’t know how to deal with it. I spoken respectfully to them and calm at all times. Truly no one has reach out back to me after this issue. Very unprofessional service. I left then after that night. I lost one night of sleep and money at Centara Watergate.
