We stayed here as it was the only 'normal priced' room we could find on NYE. Our stay was fine, the location is good. There are no facilities in the hotel. The room is oldschool, but was ok. The aircon was good, large room and good workdesk. . The lady at the desk wasnt very friendly to my child.

When we moved the beds together, hair and dust showed under the bed. Besides that the room was clean.

This hotel is incredible. The location is perfect, everything from the lobby to the corners of the room behind the bed were cleaned and well maintained, the price is top tier, the service was excellent and above all they have some of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. I'll be back!

Absolutely nothing. It was perfect.

The hotel is very clean and spacious. Located in quiet area so you can have comfortable night sleep. The hotel related to some kind of church or Christian organization but not really an issue. The location however a little bit far from the nearest train station and you need to walk 10-20 minutes to reach Si Lom area. Or you can use Grab Bike which is super cheap. No issues with the hotel just the location not that near to everything. Nearest 7 eleven also almost 7-8 minutes walking.

My streaming iron was stolen from my room. Staff cannot help to identify who did it. I requested to watch cctv they said no staff available for this . They will check and let me know the next day. What I received is video of staff checking cctv.. then nothing happen.. no updates ... very bad

Minimal room with enough amenities for a simple stay, I’ve stayed here many times. Great location for those doing business around Sathon, close to Lumpini park and Chulalongkorn hospital

sometimes the room could feel damp with a bit of a moldy smell and sometimes I’d find hair on the bed as I checked in

That my stay was way too short

The room was comfortable, room service everyday. Breakfast was very simple with toast, a fruit and coffee. Staff were nice, with someone at the reception all the time.

It could be an extra to offer a transfer service to the airport. The fridge was outside, for everyone on the floor to share.

The room was well equipped and clean. The staff were also nice.

Unfortunately, there was some construction work going on one night, and there were cleaning people banging on the doors in the corridor, so I couldn't rest.

Great location, easy to find, close to metro, friendly staff. Very clean and fresh rooms, little old facilities, but it didn't bother me.

No fridge in room. There are shared fridges and microwave on the hallway. Bathroom needs a redecoration or at least a thorough cleaning. The tiles are old and the drain is semi-clogged.

The receptionist was very friendly and tried to help very fast as my room was in no good condition. An awful smell was in all the room, luckily after some insistence I got a refund. For the rest of the rooms probably is better as rooms are very big but be wary and check rooms well

The room had some sort of lick in the bathroom that was making it very smelly. The receptionist quickly help me and connected with the manager for refund. The manager was overly pushy in that I stayed saying I would not find other available rooms which it was completly false. Be wary that probably is the last available room in booking, as they didn't removed from the platform even if it had no instant solution

The receptionist (a girl) was extremely friendly and helpful.

The facilities and the room are a bit outdated, rust on several places and a shower plate that fills with water quickly because of accumulated hair on the drain.
