TV network could not work well and had no signal on and off which happened in all our 3 rooms.

The facilities are great, the room was a little disappointing in comparison to other hotels that were even cheaper, but the bed was extremely comfortable.

The quality of the cocktails was very poor.

We are a family with two daughters, ages 10 and 13. We booked the deluxe room with lounge access for two adults, and it fit the four of us perfectly. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. The hotel didn't charge extra for our daughters to access the executive lounge, including the breakfast and happy hour, which was a nice bonus. The executive lounge was amazing and exceeded our expectations. The swimming pools were splendid, and the warm towels they provided earned extra points for attention to detail. All the staff were very nice and welcoming. Even the way they walked and served us was professional, making the overall experience exceptional.

It would be even better if they can replace all the artificial flowers to real flowers in the executive lounge.We could sense a noticeable difference between the staff on the regular floors and those in the executive lounge. If all the staff could behave like those in the executive lounge, it would elevate the overall standard of the hotel.

modern posh hotel, large entrance, spacious rooms with magnificent view of the city, and can't talk enough about the breakfast buffet! huge area with amazing choices of food suitable for all tastes, we even tried the in room dining for dinner and it had multiple delicious choices. I would like to thank our concierge who helped us a lot during our stay.

So beautiful! From the flower display in the lobby to the subtle art and marbling on the walls, this is probably one of the best hotels in Bangkok. The staff are friendly, attentive, fast, and are warm. Worth every penny.

Loved everything.

The hotel is very well located, the rooms are spacious, clean and confortable. There are two pools with great views, good restaurant. The breakfast is really well stocked. The staff was super nice, I had a problem with a taxi and they were very helpfull, specially Nueng (concierge). Thank you very much for the great stay, highly recomended.

The hotel itself is very pretty and we were in general happy with our stay there.

Another fact made me very angry. At our last day I recognized my rain coat was missing, which I placed on the floor when we arrived and didn't use since. We double checked our room and asked at the reception. They asked the housekeeping but they told they hadn't seen the jacket. I didn't use the jacket since our arrival in the room, which I told them as well. We even talked to a manager who we had to show where exactly the jacket was in the room. They afterwards checked again with the housekeeping, who (not that I wonder) still denied seeing or taking the jacket. I wasn't offered a refund, not even a free drink or anything besides a "sorry". I felt they didn't believe me, what I generally dislike but especially if I'm paying 170€ a night.This sidestory poorly left me with a very bad feeling about the hotel.

This is an amazing hotel ; the facilities are triply 5star - the rooftop pool amazing and the breakfast the best we have ever experienced

The location in terms of ease of access from the airport can not be matched by any other hotel as there is a direct covered walkway from the airport train line HOWEVER the neighborhood around it is not as high end as the other 5star hotels near the Malls . This is a minor observation

The hotel is so conveniently located! Takes 5 min to walk from BTS and AirPort Express in all covered path! There are also cafes and convenient stores located downstairs. The executive lounge staff were all excellent! Both morning and afternoon shifts! They would remember my likes and ask me if I want the same orders. Special thanks to Wit and Cartoon!! They make it possible to have my Thai milk tea in the lounge for breakfast every morning!

The service of Nus, Gia, and Bam were excellent! Very attentive to our needs, polite and helpful!Loved the super comfy pillows and beds.The large pool (2 of them!) with a view and the massive breakfast area were the things we look forward to everyday.It is also connected directly to the airport rail link so coming into the city was a breeze! at only Php70 ($1.20!!) per ride, awesome!!

It's a little bit far from the platinum, pratunam, central world and siam areas so we had to take a taxi back every night especially since we were loaded with shopping bags.
