excellent location and amazing staff and wonderful facilities. very nice breakfast, and very friendly staff. great sized suite room.

Elegant first class hotel with caring staff . Family stay with kids . Close or walking distance to Siam Square and Paragon mall. They also had frequent electric cart service for free to the door of Paragon .

I liked everything and would stay again .

The room was huge and immaculate with top of line fixtures but not over top. Great breakfast buffet.

Breakfast was very basic and the staff could learn how to smile...this is the Land of Smiles after all!

The area around the hotel is VERY sketchy.

The hotel is a wonderful surprise after it was renovated. The location is wonderful, the architecture itself is truly unique, and since hotels are no longer built with such heights and volumes of the foyer, the corridors and rooms that give air and comfort, I have been to the hotel several times before its renovation and it was really very tired from the decades in which it served its guests, now it can deservedly be ranked among one of the best hotels because it is both in the center of events and quiet. It should also not be forgotten that the rooms have become extremely modern, comfortable, comfortable, the staff is still responsive and smiling, you see many of the old faces who were there before the renovation, the hotel has a nice pool, it is located in a kind of courtyard facing the street, which gives it silence, comfort and tranquility, there are entrances from two streets, which makes it convenient for taxis and grab. A wonderful place that I highly recommend to people traveling in groups and people traveling alone. It is also convenient for families with small children and has all the amenities for all ages, so it is one of the pearls of Bangkok

Friendly, helpful staff made us feel welcome. The room was huge, well maintained and comfortable. Breakfast extremely good.

It’s a bit far from the main sites and near the red light district, but we knew this before we booked. Neither were an issue during our stay.

Towels and bedding not changed ... spots on sheets we were charged for that wasnt our fault existing stain

Stayed here 10+ times and now for the first time after refurbishment. Very impressed with the new decor but the soundproofing is still as bad as ever. Obviously not been improved during the refurbishment.

People@ the door to greet you also the staff @ restaurant and cleaners Not much joy@ booking in most where not careing attitude some did not know which booking i had also no congratulations drink
