INNSiDE by Meliá Bangkok Sukhumvit

We’ve had a fantastic stay at this beautiful accommodation! Had the privilege to celebrate NYE on the rooftop at the swimming pool with a great view of Bangkok. the staff were professional and their service was exceptional! my request for a room on a high floor was fulfilled by the staff which was really kind of them. they did their best to make my stay as comfortable as possible!

the only feedback I can give is that there was a spot on our roomfloor which was dirty/sticky when we came in our room for the first time. we cleaned it off ourselves but for the next time that would be my only form of feedback

Room was small…. I guess you could pay more and get a bigger room

The hotel was beautiful and clean. I like cleanliness and my room was very clean. The room was super small but it was nice. Felt like a dorm room for one.

Lovely staff and service, great location right next to the green line. Common areas are beautiful, including the restaurant, bar and rooftop pool area. Fantastic breakfast with mostly every option you could ask for.

The rooms felt a bit tight for my taste, and had a bit of a strange arrangement, with the sink being in the middle of the room. Not the highest fine finish if you look closely at the details of the construction in corners, bathroom and showers, etc. the gym is extremely minimal, if you are counting on using a gym. Once another person or two are there, it is crowded.

Ee ordered some burgers in the roof top bar, and had to wait 40min. Idk, if it's OK for such place...Also the pool wasn't heated, the water was very cold.

Fantastic location, very good breakfast. Quality of the rooms / facilities is top of the line. The employees and the general service was phenomenal. A nice terrace and a good gym. Everything what you need.

The room was very small for that price we paid and definitely lacks a seperate bathroom. The sink for washing is found in the middle of the room which could have been avoided by reducing the shower space. Could have been solved better and is quite annoying.

Perfect location, great breakfast, nice and hospitable staff, ideal bedding for deep and comfy sleep. Loved everything with all my heart, hoping to visit the place in our next stays in BKK

Nothing really

Fantastic breakfast, a pool above the bar ideal for people looking for fantastic Instagram shots. The hotel rooms are held in white and are designed with a sink in the middle of the room. The front desk is on 32nd floor.

With the front desk being above the hotel rooms, there tends to be some congestion in the elevators. The bar opening hour ends rather early (9pm), but there are options outside nearby. The bar and restaurant is quite pricey.

The hotel infrastructure is great and breakfast is amazing

The room felt too small for a couple, and it would have been more comfortable with a bit more space. Also, having the sink placed in the middle of the room was unusual and not very practical.

The hotel is so beautiful, just as it is on the internet. The saw it on TikTok, and decided to give it a try, and I must admit that I didn’t regret it. The staff were very helpful, and respectful. Always willing to help with a big smile on their faces. Every part of the hotel is a perfect place for pictures, and videos. There’s a currency exchange store, and a seven eleven store right opposite the hotel. The location is ideal and their breakfast is good. I highly recommend it!

Everything was terrible

The room was so small , the air condition wasn’t working . We complained at the reception , it was rectified but it stopped working later . There was a sink in between the room which made it even more terrible The breakfast options were very little and even what they had on site tasted badly . This is the first hotel that I was served stale pastries Overall the hotel was very bad

Common areas are great and so is the breakfast (unless you are requesting a breakfast box). Staff was extremely nice and helpful! Although further from the main tourist attractions, it is conveniently located next to an elevated train station and the area is well equipped and safe.

There is no real bathroom in the standard rooms, as the sink is in the middle of the bedroom and the space for the toilet is minimal and provided zero privacy.

We had lunch upon arrival at Kites Eatery & it was delicious, with beautiful city views, & friendly staff. We also ate dinner at the rooftop one night and enjoyed the tapas and endless city skyline views.

The property is beautiful, the breakfast was a must.

I arrived late and was disappointed to find room service was not available.

High quality hotel very clean and beautiful

Very far from everything Because of the traffic you need at least 1 hour drive to everywhere. The elevator takes too much time too

Staff were friendly and polite.Always ready to help . Very clean and the aesthetic was great . There open market. Seven 11 close by .

It’s a bit farther from sightseeing other than that it’s a great hotel.
