The price was on sale which made it a good deal, if it was normal price, it would not have been worth it.

The advertisement said Airport shuttle which was a lie. There was a shuttle to take you to a few locations one way. If you wanted to go to either BKK or DMK they would call you a cab. Calling a cab is not a shuttle. I also paid for the breakfast but it didn't appear on the booking although it appeared on my credit card statement, so I had to pay again at an increased rate. The breakfast was decent but the evening food. Was rather poor. I wouldn't recommend ordering from the menu at night.

The beds are really good. The price was fairly attractive. Staff was very friendly.

It is hard to believe the hotel is only 12 years old. I stayed in the same Hotel 6 years ago, and it has degraded since. The carpet in the hallway looked like it had never been cleaned, the room has lots of small scuffs and damages. The shower has ever changing pressure/ temperature, the windows provide no noise insulation.We stayed in the same Hotel 6 years ago and major criticism was the meager breakfast buffet. That is gone now, instead you get to chose between two meager, blant options ala cartWe only went to the Hotel breakfast once as it was blant and the coffee was terrible, but mostly because of the lots of cockroaches living around the toaster/bead section.

The bed was large and very comfortable and the location was close to where we needed . The lady that was cleaning the rooms stopped to say hello and had a big smile and was very happy.

The breakfast selection was poor and very disappointing for a 4 star hotel . There were no sunbeds around the pool and the seating was uncomfortable .The shower temperature was luke warm and the hand basin leaked. This was more like a 3 star hotel and not to the standard of other 4 star hotels we have stayed in.

The staff were helpful and friendly.

Room was old and not clean especially in the bathroom. Hallway carpet was lot of big marks and quite dark in the night. The shower was hardly adjusted to the right temperature.

I liked the fact that it has a gym, pool and a great resturant

The location is not the best. Quite far from anything.The rooms are "joined" by a door and can hear the neighbours talk perfectly.

Staff are friendly when approached, restaurant staff are particularly approachable and helpful.

Room size was OK, just ok

The aircon was, broken. The room is not 4 standardI checked in on the 30th of December 2022. It is now the 27th of January and I’m still waiting for the refund to go back on my card, that reception assured me would happen.

Super friendly staff. Was able to check in 1 AM. Room was nice. Breakfast was good.

The hotel itself is quite mainstream. The facilities were on average level. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Service was great. My dad requested for extra water and they managed to give us. TV signal is not bad with plenty of international channels like Chinese or French. Cleanliness was acceptable. AC worked well. If you drive here yourself, there are parking lots. If you need to do something at Ministry of Health, this is a good choice for short stay.

1. Hot water system is not so good, I felt cold sometimes.2. The keycard resett itself on the second day so we needed to request for new ones.3. Bad location, nearest bus stop and convenience store are 400 m away.

We booked a junior suite type of room. It was very noisy, there was no sound proof as advertised. We kept hearing noise from the road all the time. Plus there was some weird noise at night which made us hard to sleep, we needed to cover up our ears. We also couldn't contact the front desk at all. We called, we even went down to wait at the lobby but there was no one to help us out.

I slept well though

Breakfast not good. Facilities are old. Room is small and dull. Etc.

A delightful surprise and oasis in the crush of Bangkok's traffic throttled streets. I still smile thinking of the staff, kind and generous, the room far exceeded my expectations - spotlessly clean, very well appointed, and oh the bed & pillows - heavenly. And so quiet. Great internet too. They even prepared my evening meal (room service) precisely as I'd requested. Do yourself a favor, if you're headed to Nonthaburi, this Midi Hotel would be a treat.

Can't think of anything, except for the traffic outside - and they've no control over that.

Very loud from the traffic, can’t sleep at all

I like the breakfast including the parking staff who is actively involved with their dedication.

Good value for the price. Noisy from the intersection but bearable
