The pool, the view, the room, the location. Our whole stay was very nice.

The gym could have more equipment. Maybe an additional bench, a bar for squats, bench press etc. Casting to the tv didn't always work.

This hotel was amazing from the start. The lobby is really nice and they greet you by taking your bags and welcome you with a free juice. The room was super clean with an amazing view and less than a 5 minute walk from two amazing and popular rooftop bars the Octave and Tichuca. It’s about a 7 minute walk to the BTS Thong Lo station which makes it easier to get around. The temples and chinatown are all about an hour away on the BTS but it’s not as bad as it sounds as Bangkok is just really spread out. If you want a clean luxurious hotel within short distance of very cool rooftop bars then this is the place for you. There is also a 7-11 and many restaurants, coffee shops, massage places, and some street food very close. I would definitely stay here again!

Not being able to charge drinks by the pool to the room was unexpected for such a nice hotel but not a big deal.

Excellent hotel with a perfect location. Room was superb, spacious and clean. Great breakfast.

Check in staff were unpleasant, probably from overload of work but still, they are at the front, they should be more welcoming.

Ice bath setting too cold

Room was spacious and had a great view. Breakfast was not extensive but still decent. Located very close to BTS.

Layout of seats at swimming pool could be better. Also very noisy.There was a strange smell in the room which improved when the airco was on. Also not well isolated as you could hear your neighbours talk and laugh after they came back from a party.

Great location, staff is wonderful and the rooms are modern and clean.

Stayed here after a two year absence. Some of the teething issues I experienced when the property had just opened were clearly addressed and the experience this time was perfect. Newer, clean, professional service, excellent location.

The staffs at the hotel were very kind, supportive and responsive to all our requests promptly. The pool was really great as well and well maintained. The room was clean and had a good view. Overall great facility

The problem was the sound. The building quality wasn’t great and soundproofing was poor so I could hear the neighbor’s talking distinctly in the bathroom and near the partition wall. The staffs were kind enough to offer relocation promptly but the building itself is built poorly so no obvious solution to that. Also rain was leaking through curtain walls when it was raining outside. But hotel staffs and facilities are amazing.

Breakfast is provided in a Japanese restuarant but it's small and can't accommodate many and had to wait in queue.Probably good for business purposes, not a kids likeable hotel.

Rooms were spacious with full kitchen. Comfortable bed. Modern nice bathroom. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Hotel itself was just so so. Small lobby and not much amenities. Basically leveraging the Ascott brand to charge a premium price for an average hotel

Great hotel. The room was perfect. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was good. Gym was ok for hotel gym. It was far away from Siam area but so long as you know where your booking you'll be fine

The bar downstairs tried to charge my partner full price for two drinks during the 'happy hour' buy 1 get 1 free time. I had to go over to remind the staff but they were quick to apologize

Pool was under construction during our visit, which we were not informed about before our visit. But they solved it well with offering us to use the pool at a neighboring hotel which we appreciated.

Clean and cozy room with all amenities I want, love the complimentary snack, bed is comfortable. All facilities meet my expectation for a 5-star hotel.

The Japanese restaurant on the ground floor, which provides breakfast for the hotel, was extremely disappointing. Unfortunately, I experienced severe food poisoning after eating there, which required hospitalization in Bangkok. The doctor had to administer two injections to manage the pain, or I might have missed my flight. I am certain the food poisoning came from this restaurant, as I did not eat outside the hotel, and the intense stomach cramps began roughly two hours after breakfast. This was a deeply distressing experience. Will never stay there again.

Big room and great location.The only negative is breakfast very basic and not up to standard for 5 star hotels.

Convenient location with a spacious room (we got a 2-bedroom suite). The gym and pool are sufficient for a chill holiday. BTS is just a 5min walk away, with many massage and food options around. The staff are all very welcoming and friendly. This is our second time staying with Ascott in the last 6 months, will highly recommend staying here!

The support the staff gave me. I wanted a car to pick me up at the airport as I was arriving in late. The process was seamless. The check in was efficient and I was in my room after a long day in less than 90 minutes after landing.
