The place is quite comfortable and has more character than most hotels in this price range. The people employed there are very kind. All kinds of Thai people work in the area, so there is a good range of lunch options.

First i love that its like less than 2mins to the 7e. Then its my fav songkran hotel for two reason, 1- the hotel owner is very friendly ans would have 3 days of feast at their hotel, all hotel guests are invited! 2- as songkran in silom would mean the road would be super packed with revellers that would be time where you need to be not sot wet, silom 3 is good as its nearer to the chong nonsi bts so you do not need to walk all the way to sala daeng bts, but be mindful after 5pm everywhere around silom, you will get wet. And i love the hotel room coz i love room with ample sunlight, and this hotel room got it!
The room was spacious and very clean. The staff were very nice and helpful. There is a laundry and a shop and a market just a minute away.I can only recommend it. Everything was super.

My room overlooked the front parking area so there was noise from vehicles from time to time late at night or early in the morning

Just near to the station
The staff is not easy to communicate with them. I think they have to hire a local who is good in speaking English. I want to stay more but i don’t have choice is to move to other hotel that i am more comfortable
Very nice place to stay in, big and comfortable room. Down the hotel there is little food court the open from the morning till 15 PM and it served me well. In 2 minutes walking you have some bars if you like. If you want to stay in the city in a quite and nice place, this is the place.

it was clean. it's ok for short term staying. can leave luggage on check out. location is in the middle of 3 BTS. so you will need to take a motorbike taxi to get there faster. stayed there 1 night. nice stuff.
first room had a very noisy electric switcher. which cause a background noise. we asked to change the room and next one was better. on 3rd floor view is blocked by other houses. for that price can find a better hotel with bigger room but need to walk in and book directly, but it was my last moment booking. that's why i go with it.
nicely renovated since the last stay here. large room, beautiful wood block floors, air con worked well. market around the corner and handy for Chong Nonsi BTS and Silom road.
The location is good and rooms are quite nice, but during my 6 nights stay there was not a single cleaning done (not even emptying the trash bin). Internet is unusable, too slow even for simple emails. Overall I would not stay there again, especially as there are better options for the same price range in the same street.
