Chetuphon Gate

Amazing location- right outside of Wat Pho and a couple minute walk to the Grand Palace. The rooms are small but perfect! Friendly and helpful staff who showed us exactly how to get around when we asked. The location of this hotel is perfect!

Horrible!!! Stay away bed bugs!

Location was great. Staff was good. View is fantastic.

Very slippery floors. Even barefoot with no socks. Someone can hurt themselves. The shower goes from very hot to very cold. Building needs some renovation. Lots of mosquitos in the room because they get in through the bathroom window which you cannot close.

Perfect location / close to everything with good prices

No hair dryer, Check in is a little bit confused but not to hatd.You have to check in at arun residence the hotel in last at the right side to get a key card.

Location is great, right by the river and the main temples. Easy walking distance to the metro subway. Our room had an amazing view of the nearby temples. It was exactly what we wanted for the price.

The hotel is close to the nearby temple, I stayed here as it was fairly close to the Bangkok marathon. There were a host of street vendors nearby.the only issue was finding parking

no parking, so we had to find somewhere on the street

Location close to historical and cultural sites. Amazing views of area. Many food selections around you. Floral market, boat piers, and subway access withing walking distance.

Basic guesthouse in a historic part of Bangkok close to the royal palace and river.

For the price all was good.

The apartment isn't as displayed, seen above. They constructed a steep stairway with a second floor.Directly in the heart of the old part of BKK, not far from MRT Sanam Chai 31, Khason Road, convidient and less expensive.

The stairway is tricky, don't use it with socks on your feet.There were construction under way in the neighbouring room, probably for a kitchen, and one day it was really stinky because of the new colours. Got a headache ?

The location next to grand palace is convenient, if you have just a little time in Bangkok

The beds were terribly hard and everything in the room was old and in bad condition. One room was ok, the other was even without a decent window.

Bed mite and bed Donna cover rip,service very bad we ask change bed sheet,they did not change stay for two nights.Not worthy for the money.

The locality was great. There are some nice and cheap restaurants around

It is not the newest accomodation. Fotos of rooms are probably from the opening. It is bit more dirtier. For one or two days it is ok.

You can easily catch all attractions in BKK, good with MRT, clean part of the city

In this case the shower was not really working, easer cold or warm

I liked the location, the comfort, the cleanliness

dirty, curtains unhooked, stained walls, website states free breakfast but they said need to update, not informed of several flight of stairs and no elevator.

Location is great but hotel is quiet rundown

Beds are rock hard.We booked the deluxe room, no handrail on the stairs, be careful when you go and down.Room was too small for 2 nights for two adults. we will not be staying here again.

Close to the old town with all attractive spots, busy part of the city.Easy way from the airport, take the train to central city (last station), drop in BTS to BL 31, drop out Sanam Chai. Go ahead to the Siam Museum (lovely one, especially for kids), follow the street on the left side, after 5 min walk you will find the location

The room was really small, the shower is included in this small apartment of 12 qm2. You get "visits" from some insects during the night. On the first floor is a restaurant, so it's a bit loud in the eve.

Funky duplex set up with views directly on to Wat Pho temple. You are in a perfect spot for watching sunset over Wat Arun and 8 minute walk to the Metro station. The river ferry terminal is also 6 minutes away. So location was perfect for all major sites.

Road outside is quiet at night but gets busy from about 6am and the occasional large lorry makes the building shake. Not really a biggie but might be an issue for a light sleeper!
