The Mandison Bangkok - Sukhumvit Soi 20

Have stayed here before and I like the location and the facilities. Really enjoy the gym and they have a nice swimming pool.

The only negative is one weight machine requires new cables. Other than that the other weight machines and weights are enough to get a good workout.

The pool area was a great place to hang out. The room was very comfortable - and we were upgraded to a larger space! The staff were very helpful and friendly. Easy to get to the Sky train system.

The street is narrow and dangerous to walk, especially in the evenings - better to take a cab

Have stayed here a couple times and love the location. Nice hotel. Plenty of amenities.

Pool area needs some updating but most importantly the bathroom needing a good cleaning. It was clean on the surface but there was mold / mildew around cracks in the shower and the shower leaked due to poor caulking so we went through a lot of towels.

As we were repeat guests staff gave us an upgrade, Breakfast was good, location was OK just a little far from shopping spots but they did have a free shuttle to main road which was good

Smokers around the pool, didn't matter if you were at either end smoke traveled, other hotels have a non smoking policy at pool - all patrons need to exit hotel to smoke

Clean, very helpful staff. It would be even better if the TV wall mount would come away from the wall have the ability to swivel and great breakfasts, the buffet was amazing!

We enjoyed our stay, just unable to make good use of the sofa due to not being able to watch the TV.

Friendly helpful staff - Jam was exceptionally so. Comfortable bed, and excellent breakfast with a large variety. The tuk tuk driver was also very nice.

The restaurant didn't have many items on the menu that we wanted. It was supposed to be a Mexican restaurant, but none of the Mexican items were available. Also, some of the fruit drinks listed they were out of.We went to the pool about 7:00 and there were no towels. They said housekeeping was closed for the evening and they couldn't get any more.The bathroom needed a thorough cleaning. It felt unsafe getting in and out of the shower as it was a big step up and over.

Issuesnin the room I got. Lights are too powerful and switches not well distributed. Also, a lot of noise at night from probably AC motors or something like this...

The reception staff were very polite and helpful as were restaurant staff.

1. Bed sheet dirty stain. 2. Hair on bed next to qr code sign.3. 2 TVs and one remote. 4. Bathroom sink drain blocked/ slow to drain.4. Room too dark. No choice of turning up light.5. Only one 3 pin square socket, no adaptors.6. No phone instruction/ dial list but there is a price list for all the goods in the room? Do people steal stuff?7. Sofa sad, old and broken. 8. Single sofa looks good but soft and not comfortable to sit on. Seems like seating area collapsed.9. WiFi went off just before 22:30..... Other rooms seem ok. 904 2.4G. 905 is 5G. Socket went down. Had to add extension cable to plug in router. Had cable running across floor, which they just left and didn't fix despite saying they would.10. Desk chair too low / desk top too high.30/1211. When we went out at 10:30 put make up room light on. Informed reception about blocked bathroom sink and socket fault. Came back at 2:30, light off, sink unblocked stick left on floor by sink, extension cable still in place, and room not made up. Informed reception at 3pm asking for bed to beade up. Went to pool. Came back to room at 4:30pm and room being made up only now. Told to wait 10 minutes.12. Shaving mirror bracket bent and lose. No above light to help you see close up.13. Do not disturb light doesn't work.

Good location. Close to access to BTS, restaurants, malls, high active area. Staff helped me to keep my luggage and come back and pick up after 2 days in Krabi

Price is bit too high

Breakfast was exceptional and staff was very helpful and friendly.

Bathroom could use a little updating and sometimes had a foul smell.

I showed up and the room i had booked was under renovations. The other rooms were not for me as I need bright, open and vast spaces to think and work clearly. I also needed a work desk. The manager upgraded me to the Presidential Residential Suite. Which turned my stay from possibly having to be refunded to wanting to return again in the future. The staff is fantastic. The hotel is great. And the beach lounge rooftop pool is a great way to spend the day. Very comfortable beds and all the 5 star trimmings you come to expect at a reasonable rate! This is coming from someone who is always traveling for work and is quite critical of hotels when they try to cut corners or employ an entitled GM. Truly.. this place is great!

Kids screaming at early hours of the morning in the pool. Not the hotels fault. Indian families... Gym was closed for renovations which was a bit frustrating but the upgrade made up for it.

Nicest staff, best location, clean! Nice pool and comfy beds. The breakfast was ok.

The hotel staff were very friendly. The room was very spacious and clean. One suggestion they need to have more vegetarian food options. Overall, it's a great hotel.

Very spacious, comfortable and cozy with glass walls. Enough to accommodate me, my wife and my two kids with no issue. Really perfect. The free toktok to the head of the street is a great touch. Breakfast is OK. Overall highly recommended

The room, breakfast, and location all matched the photos and reviews. I loved everything. If you have difficulty walking, the hotel kindly provide a shuttle to the main street. The staff was very kind, friendly and helpful. The bed and pillow was perfect. I slept very well.

The door to the room closes very loudly if you don't hold it.

The room was very disappointing. Poorly designed layout. Not an open floor plan but bedroom and living area separated with a wall. The bathroom had a step up bathtub and shower combo that's not convenient. Just need a nice walk in shower. Bathroom very dark and can't see good!

The breakfast and view were absolutely amazing! The staff were super friendly, and the pool was our go-to spot to unwind after a super early flight. Plus, the Thai massage was great and even available in our hotel room.
