View from the room was not good. The hotel is located far from the main attractions of Bangkok (temples, ICS, etc)

The facilities in the property are well maintained, the personnel is willing to help even they do not understand English. The room has a kitchen corner with refrigerator and microwave.

The location is very inconvenient if you do not have a car to drive. Far from the town I wouldn’t suggest to any tourist, but only to people who need to be in this specific area to work. The breakfast is 2 stars hotel, much better to get what you want from Grab the night in advance and reheat with the microwave in your room.

This was my second time here. I stayed there because they have such a comfortable and SOFT BED. I have found it hard to find a soft Bed in Thailand and this one is quite good! I appreciated also that there were 4 pillows and nice lights (several options) in the room. Although 2 of the pillows were a little strange… when you put your Head on it would swell a little like a balloon. Somehow there was air inside. I loved the pool. One thing that made me sleep lightly was that the duvet felt muggy. As in almost every hotel they install the airconditioning right in front of the bed. So I have to try to cover myself from the cold airflow. I really Wish it was directed in another way but it is What it is… so The blanket felt sweaty and I was taking it off and then back on when I felt cold in the airflow. And in the morning I had a stuffy nose and my neck and shoulders were stuck because of the air blowing… I was able to adjust the aircon in the morning a bit better. But all in all I was Happy about everything.

It was clean, pretty quiet and comfortable. No one disturbed me during my stay - this is something I appreciate.

Nice hotel for the price. I felt very comfortable, the staff was very helpful.

You have to log back into the wifi after evertime you disconnect from it. Not the biggest deal if staying a few days, but i stayed almost a month. Also there was no place to work remote inside the hotel outside of my room. Would have been nice to have that option.

The hotel was clean, accessible and accommodating. Very comfortable. Cleaning staff were fantastic, I was very appreciative of their attention to detail. Staff around hotel were generally very friendly and nice.

Wifi kept kicking me out several times, I would need to log back in multiple times throughout the span of a few hours. Reception/Front staff seemed confused and just stared, no luggage support offered. My taxi driver offered more support than the hotel, so it felt lacking in this way when I arrived at the hotel and no support was offered.

Need to sign in to wifi everytime, usually 2-3 times enter credentials, so for 4 nights stay I have typed login and password about 25 times)))

Clean and quiet... 2 restaurants and 1 cafe on site. The gym is also available.. if you need a place to stay for peace and quiet, here's your place.

The hotel is modern and new. I was impressed by the design and quality of the room. the lobby looked great! the pool was really nice and was able to use it in the evening.

Not many options for food around the hotel. only next door the hotel has a restaurant (same owner) but relatively expensive for Thailand. Breakfast was simple (price was normal)

The room was clean and comfortable and adequately furnished with microwave. The bar across the street was good and they had a discount deal with the skybar restaurant. Close to Bangna Central shopping center.

The bathroom became very wet after a shower in the tub because the water was flowing off the edges of the tub on to the floor. Could have been designed better. Fair bit of walking from the main street back to the hotel although you could get them to send you in a golf cart from the hotel. Not sure if it works the other way around

All was great and even better then expected, perfect location for our trip purpose. Great beer brewery/restaurant just on the site, as well great roof top bar and coffee shop . Just missed iron in the room, but not issue about that

Awesome value. Clean, well appointeded room. Really nicely decorated place. Spotless gym with brand new equipment. Front desk manager Fluke was a pleasure to deal with.

Fluke at the front desk was awesome. Nice to have ride up to the main road. Room was relatively clean and beds were comfortable. Area rug in room could be replaced. Taxi to airport area reasonable at 300 bhat.

The swimming pool is literally in the parking lot, with no shaded areas and few umbrellas. The "balcony" off the room was tiny and no seating. No air conditioning in hallways or common areas. Breakfast was...confusing as to what was or wasn't included.

Newer hotel and clean, golf cart transfer to the walking bridge to the shopping center.

Location- Need to take a taxi 90bht to the sky train station, not a walking distance. Access to restaurants-Limited food offer from across restaurant(closest restaurant).

Very clean and big family unit. Staff was super friendly and it was easy to get the gold cart to the main road to cross and go over to the mall. Pool was clean and refreshing.

Wish the buffet breakfast on the third floor was still going on. We didn't eat the set breakfast because it seemed pricey for what you got.

Excellent service mind of a gentle man staff at font desk when he received the complaints, however, some staff still need to be improved.
