when I booked on booking .com it showed a price or say 500$ and then when check out it gave 500$ but it was included 7% tax and other 10 tax and then deposit of 6000 thai bath and then they demanded again at the reception 6000 bath. I don´t know if it is Bookings fault or the Hotel. but this was unuusual and I have booked 50 times hotels all over the world with Booking.com.

Great location and the hotel staff and very attentive. The room was large and perfect for our group. The pool was a great place to relax.

Very large rooms and full of natural light. Pool is so big you can easily swim laps in it. Gym is also very well equipped.

Road side rooms can be noisy so ensure you ask for a pool side one. Curtains were torn.

The elevator is kind of slow and does not work with our keycard once we go back to our room daily

Good location, just a 10-min walk from Silom road and Sala Daeng station. Location much more quiet than busy Silom. Just a 5-minute walk to massage places and small cafes. Basic facilities, nice swimming pool area and good pool bar menu (value for money). The view from the pool is amazing! Good basic breakfast, not too fancy but good enough. We were travelling with family of different ages and needs and the room selection was good, all groups found good rooms supporting their needs.

Rooms and public areas need renovation. The hotel is quite outdated but still very clean. We stayed in a great big two-bedroom flat on the 13th floor which had the bedrooms facing the busy street and the street noise was still really loud.

Very bad service

I was happily surprised by this place. It's the kind of place where you think "hmmm, I wonder how much this actually is because I could see myself living here if I lived in Bangkok." They are essentially condos/apartments. The room is huge, with a long hallway leading to the living room and kitchen ( furnished with plates, cutlery, etc.) ,then to the bedroom. The location is very close to the overground train and a few 7-11s nearby. There is also a rooftop pool that has a nice view and a modest gym. I would definitely recommend.

Nothing stood out. Reception service was terrible, and I was told I couldn’t have water until check-in time.

The hotel is NOTHING like the photos. The furniture is old, dirty, and disgusting. The pictures on Booking seem heavily edited and do not match reality at all. If you care about cleanliness and comfort, avoid this place.Its posted as 5 star on booking while its 4 star on google maps - before you book please read all the bad reviews

Big space

Khawfang receptionist was a bit rude with me.Insects was in many places and they were deadRoom service gave us the fridge with an eaten kinder from the people before us.

The room is well equipped and large with a kitchen, separate bathroom, ideally situated new both the MRT and BTS, the room is very clean with comfortable bed and is really great for families, people who wants a bit of space, healthy exercise and relaxation. The staff is helpful and supportive and i find the Hotel very convenient and supports all my needs, both for Traveler and Business work.

I could not single out anything in specific as everything is well maintained, in excellent condition, the rooms are large and spacious. I am satisfied with the luxury and stay i have had.

Great facilities, fabulous swimming pool with bar, floor with gym and basketball. Delicious breakfast. Room are very spacious.

We got a suite that was a bit disappointing: it smelled old, the private bathroom was cracked and old too, and its toilet flush did not work (once out of 3 times). Carpeting in bedrooms should also get removed for hygiene reasons. Eventually, we got charged 25$ because of a stain on the bedsheets. Even though that is part of the rules, we did think that the staff could be flexible according to each case. Quite disappointing.
