The hotel is very comfortable for 2 people. We were able to share the space seamlessly.

All of the walkways had a short steep slope which meant we tripped a lot. The bathroom is designed for one person (example: 1 towel hook on the back of the door).

Great location, fast stable internet suitable for working. Great view from the higher floors. Decent breakfast. Staff is friendly and polite.

Somehow access to the rooftop is not for hotel guests, there is a condo rooms, and rooftop infinity pool is for them only. Why do they use rooftop pool photos in this booking then?

All staff were excellent. The housekeeping were the best!

Gym equipment need repairs

Nice rooms, very spacious and balcony is a big plus. Everything was well maintained.

The parking was very confusing with no signs. My husband was given directions to the wrong parking and when he hauled all our luggage down, with no elevator or stairs, all the staff just stared at him and offered no help. We didn't realize we had to auto park. THERE.WERE NO SIGNS!!!

The housekeeping, reception, outside porters and especially the Concierge.

Gym equipment need to be repaired and pool needs heating as it doesn’t get the sun.Cafe downstairs need a broader menu.

Well appointed rooms including a washing machine. Small balcony is functional. Close to Gateway Shopping Centre & BTS.

Good distance from BTS, nice luxury room, friendly staff, the balcony and the view from the 28th floor is truly special

No regular times for housekeeping

Appreciated getting a two bedroom suite for the family. Relatively new hotel (but is looking a little worn with scuffs/markings in the hallways and rooms). Not too far from the airport which was convenient.

Service was the poorest we have experienced in south east Asia, even compared to one star hotels. They left our bags downstairs by reception (open to other guests) for 10 hours after telling us they would take the luggage in our room. When we got back to the hotel in the evening at 9:30pm to check in there was just the concierge who wanted us to wait an hour in the lobby until another staff member got back from a party. And in the morning they wanted to charge our teenagers for breakfast despite my booking saying it was included (they said I booked for kids 12 and under which I did not). At each and every connection point the staff demonstrated a lack of basic customer service.

Great location to the sky train and the best laboratory and stem cell centre in Thailand called Miracle Regenerative Center. Ooh my goodness they are the source of extended healthy lifespans. Cured me of so many health issues.

When you exit the lift you need signs for what room numbers are where instead of having to walk into every corridor to find out. The girls at reception need stools to sit on. You're killing their bodies with those long shifts standing around in one spot. Think sustainability with your team guys.

Very good experience overall. Great staff, nice room, clean and location close to BTS Ekkamai and a mall with many food options. Pool with a view were great, too!

The apartment was a good layout with lots of natural light and clean. It faced the back neighborhood, which was nice because it was quiet.

Staff are nice

Wallpaper sliding off walls gives a creepy vibe. This is a mixed use buiding of condos and hotel rooms and one suspects the condo is struggling to meet budgets. Pool is cold, elevators and corridors are hot, there is a distict difference between lobby appearance and rest of property.

It wasn’t our first time staying at Wyndham Garden Bangkok, and as always, everything was perfect. The city view is incredible, the staff are consistently professional and kind, and the location couldn’t be better — right in the Sukhumvit area and close to the BTS, which makes getting around the city so easy. Definitely one of my favorite places to stay in Bangkok!

Concierge, reception staff, housekeeping, restaurant staff all great.

Gym a bit small and should be maintained a bit more. One machine not working. Wall paper was peeling off the corridor walls!

This trip they allowed me to check in early so I could put my bags in the room and stuff in the safe before going to work. This is very important for me that when there's a room available they allow us to check in early. Thank you Great service all round

The view from the room and at the lift lobby is amazing. The staff are friendly and helpful to get u around when needed.Amenities like shopping mall and BTS is within walking distance.

The road outside the hotel may be quite pack in the day. But this is Bangkok, everywhere is jam.

It was a comfortable, nicely furnished one-bedroom apartment with a full kitchen, balcony, and laundry machine. A very nice place to stay.

Location and value for money good size room

No hot water in shower. Second time I stayed there with same issue. The small water heaters under the sink or not adequate to heat the water in the bathrooms. Suggest to change the water heaters in all rooms.
