Seekers Finders Rama IV Hotel SureStay Collection by BW

Good location, friendly staff.

No beds, just box springs. Pool not clean.

Modern and clean room with comfortable beds. Nice pool.

The hotel is in a non tourist neighborhood. It is tucked away in a spot that may have stray dogs that may be aggressive.

The staff was sooo friendly and attentive.

I chose a room with a city view, only to see some old scary buildings. The view was not nice

Great location, other than that would not choose it again.

Very basic overall, breakfast very poor and outside sitting area for the breakfast like sitting in the street…

Clean, staff are friendly

The food was delicious but mostly pork

Room size a bit small, bed size was big. Unfortunately no good window view for us.

View

It is at walking distance from the metro station. Check out process was quick.

The shower and toilet have translucent doors which cannot be locked. The area feels isolated with very few people around, especially at night.

There are no nearby attractions , the hotel if very small and not clean,, breakfast was horrible with very limited options. definitely not what a 4 star hotel should look like.

Could find better

Breakfast didnt have variety. Room was small. Location wasn’t convenient (located in a subrub).

It was close enough to malls and center of the city

The surroundings aren’t the most visually attractive but inside everything is perfect

Very clean and tidy. Had a desk (fine to work with computer). Great breakfast. Blackout curtains.Easy approach to metro.

Swimming pool is kind of small, which is expected for a rooftop, but there are only 2 sunbeds.Location is fine by being close to metro and benchakitti park, but nothing really to explore around by foot, not near anything. The wall between shower and room of glass is weird.Had to log in to wifi all the time.

Daily room cleaning, very comfortable room, beautiful building, and great location with easy access to transportation

Good staff, good beds, good location near to MTS, pool, beer sold at reception

only 2 sun loungers by the pool

The location is within walking distance of the convention centre. very convenient, because I had to attend an event there and THANK GOODNESS I did not have to squeeze with the crowd at the MRT.

NIL. Not applicable because I really liked my stay. Though there was a blackout, but the receptionist was really really helpful.

very clean and comfortable hotel love it

location but it is ok you can take the metro

Parking lot!Comfy bed and pillow

Not cold fridge :(TV in my room switched on by itself ?

The room was very spacious and comfortable for a solo traveler. It was very close to Queen Sikrit National Convention Center, where I was attending a work event. The room was clean and the bathroom has a bidet. The staff are quite friendly and check-in was smooth.

Check-out did not go very smoothly since there was a bit of miscommunication. After checking out, I was asked to wait a while so they could inspect my room. My Grab taxi was waiting outside to take me to the airport, so I could not wait very long. I waited a few minutes and the receptionist did not inform me when I was clear to leave. I had to proactively ask if I could leave, which meant I wasted a few minutes and kept my Grab driver waiting for nothing.

Its my second time here and its so cozy and clean that you never want to leave this place ? Super clean and they do turn down every day

Little bit noisy because walls are not too much soundproof and you can hear another guests and housekeeping are passing by but its not a big dealAlso my room was near elevator, may be that’s why. I just was too tired to ask to change the room

Room was large and layout made it more spacious. The location is quite near to food stalls, cafes, markets. The rooftop pool is a huge plus point.

Lobby was a bit small, too crowded when multiple guests are checking-in. Distance to the MRT was OK, but not as near as I expected it to be. The hallway from the elevator to the room was a bit hot and humid.

Really nice place, very clean, and the staff members were all kind, and very helpful!

The pool, rooftop!
