The area is amazing

After using the washing machine. My cloths smelled like shit. The start should clean their washing machines

Great staffs. Great location. Spacious rooms. Even get a free upgrade to the suite for they stay, receptionist Grace was super helpful and friendly.

Breakfast spread could be better. All staffs I encountered were great, except for one from the breakfast team which was less smiley then the other and sort of giving an unfriendly looks, cant tell you which one, but hopefully can remind the team as a whole

They should have airport shuttle service

The facilities including furniture, kitchen equipments and , bath and beds are old and should be renovated

Cost is reasonable

The hotel is located 10 minutes walk from the main street and the hotel provides shuttle van every 15 minutes in the morning and every 30 minutes in the afternoon/evening. 24 hrs market, pharmacy, bakeries are next to the hotel. Check in/out were very efficient and our inquiries during the stay were promptly addressed. All hotel staff including concierge/cleaning/laundry/restaurant were very professional and polite. The apartment was well maintained and provided all amenities for relaxed stay. Variety of quality breakfast options (western/asian/indian) ensured the good start of the day. We had had tasty diner few times and it was also good value for the money. The hotel facilities for active holiday were the big draw in selecting it and we were not disappointed. The good size pool is on a sunny side, the gym has brand name cardio, workstations, benches and weighs provided. Badminton court is fantastic and we used it everyday. Overall, it was an excellent stay and we look forward staying again in our next visit to Bangkok.

Great large comfortable room and bathroom. I was povided with plenty of large towels Also a very nice kitchen area also with several bottles of water. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. My room on the 16th floor was extremely quiet. Breakfast was delicious with great choice of both Eastern and western cuisine. Staff at dining area and at front reception were very helpful and informative. I highly rate this hotel .

All was good

We liked the location, the area felt safe. It is our first time in Bangkok and it felt like our home here. The room is very spacious. They have great breakfast selections as well. The property is a bit old but the cleanliness is exceptional, spotless clean in every corner. It doesn’t have that detergent smell or anything. And lastly, ALL the staff are very polite, helpful and friendly.

Did not have breakfast we used the kitchen and my wife is a good cook. Location was average based the how busy the Soi was at the time.

Overall we liked everything, great service from the moment we walked in the door. Fast elevators, great bathroom and a well set up kitchen for those that use it. Also we experienced excellent response time from staff to service any requests or enquiries we has.

Extremely professional and warm staff, assisting our family in every way when one of us had a medical issue. 6-10 min direct walk to Emporium via pedestrian sidewalk; housekeeping is prompt and efficient; good gym and lap pool; all staff (especially breakfast room, concierge and doormen) are absolutely wonderful.

Staff were excellent. Required a hospital stay for a gastrointestinal issue and staff were extremely helpful and compassionate - one of the ground floor / door staff even accompanied us to the hospital. One bedroom suite was wonderful and perfect for evening gatherings with family in the dining room area. Highly recommend this hotel

Staff were friendly and the facilities were great.

TV could have been a smart TV so I could watch my TV shows using the streaming services.

It is old hotel

We arrived way before checking and we were able to check into our room after a long day of travel. Staff wonderful and kind. We have stayed here before and love the location. We have stayed at the marquee but prefer this Marriott?

Nothing. Everything was perfect.

The staff was very hospitable especially the concierge staff (Jack and Google). Excellent housekeeping services and the executive apartment was top notch. The food variety and taste can be improved to match the other aspects of the Marriott level

Unfortunately it was during the earthquake. But I have to say that the staff handled themselves extremely well. They were very professional and took care of all of the guests with great care. I think the hotel held up quite well but my shower didn't. So they as quickly as they could move me into a new room. With all the craziness going on they didn't have to give me that much attention but they did.

I had a fantastic stay at Marriott Executive Apartments staff here are incredibly friendly and helpfully, they truly make you feel like family greeting you warmly every time you meet them to breakfast buffet over wild variety of delicious options to start your day right on top of that the hotel provides excellency recreation facilities, including tennis, badminton and even golf.

The staff were great and very helpful and always smiling. Anything we wanted they would respond instantly. The rooms big and generous

The suite needs updating and the location is off the active life

Hotel staff were excellent and attentive. We had a problem with the bathtub plug not shutting properly, but they sent an engineer to fix it promptly and even sent an email update. Beds were also incredibly comfy

Breakfast isn't included and seems overpriced considering there are so many options for authentic local food very close by
