Wow, what a beautiful hotel to stay at! The staff within the lobby were so helpful and welcoming to us throughout our entire stay. 10/10 service! We were also surprised by how large our room was upon arrival. We would love to stay here again!

Newer hotel and nicely appointed

The location is tucked away from the main roads, which is good, except that the road isn't particularly walkable (no real sidewalk/footpath to speak of, and lots of cars and motorcycles buzzing by you). That said, the hotel offers a free little all-electric tuk-tuk service which will take you to/from either end of the road. This service is great, especially if you're attending something at the conference center.The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the rooms are large, tidy, and organized (although some slightly confusing light switches).The restaurant at the hotel is also really great. It was easily some of the best that food I had in Thailand... so much so, that by the end of my trip I was just eating every meal there.

We loved the two bedroom suite, it had a washer dryer that we used constantly. The pool was beautiful, the complimentary tuk tuk service was great, and all of the staff were so friendly and amazing!

The location, I’m walking distance to restaurants and spa, also the tuk tuk service was a huge bonus!

Large rooms with contemporary interior , quite comfortable.

The design of the rooms is quite “corporate” . The public areas have more character .

Amazing value for price. We paid about $90 a night and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff is super friendly and the pool area is nice. Noise was of little concern while staying at this property. We stayed here twice. One time was pool facing and the other was facing a parking deck. The parking deck view was not great but it was so quiet on that side of the building.

I am a very negative person and yet i struggle to think of things i didnt like here. I guess one disadvantage is due to the location transportation can take longer so make sure you plan ahead and check grab/bolt times.

We thought the hotel was exceptional except for one food experience which was awful. Steak sandwich with blue cheese. The steak was inedible & when we pointed it out to the staff they called out the chef & I really do not think he took on board how poor standard it was. It was pure grizzle. My husband would not let me pursue this.

Great food, great location, amazing staff, very modern.

Hotel had a tuk-tuk to take you to drop off point or pick up point. Staff are lovely and helpful. Facilities are great.

We had a dead cockroach in our room beside the bed. And after complaining, all thy did was changed our room.

An incredibly beautiful hotel. Speechless almost. Fantastic. Close to the old town, which was a lovely distreaction in the evening. Amazing roof top terrace with stunning views out to spain.

Only problem - nothing happened quickly on the rooftop. I was hungry and food took over an hour for 6 overcooked sardines and some bread. Breakfast likewise too far too long. OK if you've got all the time in the world, but I was on business and had things to do, worrying about whether I'll miss my breakfast or my meeting shouldn't be an issue.

Tuktuk service to and back from subway station, clean, comfortable

I personally find the AC a bit too noisy, especially at lower fan levels

Friendly and helpful staff, room as expected or better, good shower, clean and comfortable, whole place as a spa sort of minty-clean smell to it, pleasant A/C, price value is good, nice atmosphere and mixed audience

Somewhat distant from stations (but with complimentary quick and reliable tuktuk service), breakfast is a la carte and a bit small but tasty (should be more clearly indicated), pool area looks somewhat more appealing in pictures, rooms are not sound proof (nothing bad but you are going to hear your neighbor chatting), pool closes a bit early (9 pm) but seems to be standard
