Very clean, lobby design is fantastic and staff is very helpful. Also a very convenient ride to the airport (BKK).

A very minor issue: having to ask for hot water

Walls so thin that you can hear everything from the next room. Doors that close so heavy that you'll be woken up again and again late at night as other guests return to their rooms. Staff too scared to tell guests to be quiet when being extremely loud in the middle of the night.Oh ya, and the hotel smells. Open the door to the lobby and the smell will smack you in the face.

1) love the cute name. beanstalk =)2) lobby is tastefully decorated in browns and grays of wood, brick and mortar.3) great location on surawong street near freeway entrance; hence, easy access to bkk airport. stalls plentiful nearby under said freeway. walkable to indian joints on silom rd. but, forget trying to walk to silom or chongnonsi bts stations. bangrak central and talad noi are walkable but a bit far thus not advisable during the day.

1) no clearly visible sign on street. 2) inconsistent decor among lobby, guest floors and rooms. lobby seems like a legit 3 star hotel, the guest floor hallways like a hostel, and the rooms are somewhere in between.3) the room was musty. stank of BO, mold, probably both. the bed frame is encapsulated by a wooden bench of sorts which is convenient but also dangerous.

Distant from the train line, makes it difficult to be local transport dependent. The bathrooms are clustered with not a lot of space.

Nice hotel with an impressive interior, especially in the reception area. The room itself is very basic but has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It may not be ideal for more than two people, as the space is limited and there isn’t much room to hang clothes.The beds were very comfortable, and the room was clean. The shower and toilet were well maintained and had all the essentials. Having a small refrigerator in the room was a nice bonus.Overall, good value for money — simple, clean, and practical, with everything needed for a short stay.

The hotel features a modern design and is very clean. The staff are friendly, the room is spacious, and the facilities are well-maintained. The bunk beds in the quad room are super single size.

The walls on two sides are very thin, making it easy to hear people walking past. There is no kettle in the room, and hot water is only available by the cup at the reception counter.

Our room was spotless and well equipped with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The space was compact yet practical with plenty of room for our things. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked very well. The staff went above and beyond by offering us a free breakfast even though we had to leave early for a guided tour. They also stored our luggage safely when we arrived ahead of the usual check in time due to an early flight. I would gladly recommend this place.

Clean and friendly staff

Unacceptable noise level and tiny room, totally different from the pictures. They need to fix the thumping noise coming out of the utility room on level 5. It's thumping 24/7

The beds were comfortable and the design was nice

The noise level was a bit unbearable. I read the reviews saying they had paper thin walls but didn’t expect it to be so bad. You can hear ever car going pass as well as your neighbours.

Lovely design of the lobby area, centrally located and great value for the price!

The facilities need to be improved a bit

Friendly and helpful staff, wonderful location in a lively and busy area, and very affordable

Walls are very thin so sometimes it was a bit hard sleeping through the noises outside, my room wasn’t too clean I found a few hairs that were’t mine and a few insects but overall it didn’t bother me that much

I didnt expect much, because price was reasonable, but location was good, walking distance (10 min) from main attractions, 2-3 minutes with motor bike taxi, breakfast ball was amazing, the lobby staff is superfriendly. Its clean, nice area and good price.

Rooms initially a bit smelly but when you turn on AC it gors quickly, and room can get a bit noisy from other rooms, but despite of all those i extended my stay 3 times, because hotel staff nice+ and location i good +

1. Fantastic Location with a selection of good restaurants, bars, pubs, 7//11s all within walking distance.2. Great design aesthetics externally, in the lobby, and in the rooms. Minimalist.3. Clean and tidy. 4. Warm and friendly staff.5. Comfortable room with a floor bed.

The only two things, that stood out to me:1. The bathroom (in my room) was a bit cramped. I understand that this is a structural issue and might not be fixed easily.2. The room could really do with a hot water kettle. While they have it available in the common area, I don't see why a hot water kettle can't be made available in the room/s?

I stay in here not for the first time and i will definitely come back. Breakfast are amazing and everyday variations, so u don’t eat the same if u stay for long here. Common space in japanese style and very comfy. Room are amazing clean and a lot of space for morning stretching and working on laptop. Area is not noisy so i sleep very well there. Close to good coffee place by walk. On the last floor u will find coin laundry. And there is always a man who sales fruits on the street near the hotel

Looks pretty in the lobby, good breakfast. Night clerk was very helpful.

Not well cared for building, bed was more stylish than comfortable, very loud and not sound proof.

Wonderful ground; peaceful and space

Room is a little small. Windows should be improved with higher quantity. Toilet is small as well that place to wash face and doing toothpaste is small and easily to drop water into floor
