Hotel Royal Bangkok

The breakfast finished too early. I arrived late, slept til 8.30, and by the time I found the restaurant it was finished. Very poor

The aircon didn?t work, no adjustment. The shower adjustment didn?t work, too hot. The breakfast food was cold

Very hard to get around the area at night as there is a street food market from 1700-2400. Food is great, just hard to maneuver.

The air on was not working and leaked after repair. I am mobility disable,can?t walk far without device. Moved to an upper upgraded room that?s too far from the elevator. Limited toiletries

Friendly staff. 24 hours front desk. Lots of food options nearby including 7 eleven, pharmacy, ATMs etc.

My room didn?t have a bathtub. I wasn?t aware of it until I checked in but shower was good. Overall experience is definitely a pleasant one.

Technology.? internet was TERRIBLE cutting in and out.?TV outdated, no YouTube or Netflix.?only 2 English channels.

The staff, especially the young lady at the front desk who helped me in dealing with the noisy nextdoor occupant; even though, she couldn't stop that inconsiderate next from lowering the noise, and resulted that I had to move to an upgraded room.

Wish they have ice machine available on each floor, in this 30+ degrees Celsius temperature weather.

I arrived at 3,30 am, my wife was very tired they didnt wanted us to check in¿ but ASKED additional 500 B to check in at 6 am.. not nice

everything was great in this hotel. Room was clean and big, staffs are very nice. The night maket is just downstairs. However, we didn't hear any noises during night time because it has a really good sound isolation system. We will definitively come back!

Everyone who worked at this hotel was warm and very inviting. Even during very busy times, they stayed gracious under that pressure and still made sure to go above and beyond to make it a great experience. I will definitely book again on my next visit.

I thouroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I greatly appreciate the kind and professional staff. I especially loved the special touch of the room cleaning staff always saying sawatdeeka every time we saw them. Great hotel with no complaints.

Great location with pretty of food to eat but not close to major Shopping malls, easy to get to with taxi. Price is excellent

Good location, rooftop pool and bar, happy hour at bar 4-8 pm daily. Coin operated washer and dryer on 9th floor. Security on elevator with room key card. Premium room has extra sink, microwave, real refrigerator. For brave souls, took-took shuttle.

We needed 16 ten baht coins for one washer/dryer load. Front desk was not helpful. During business day, go to bank down the block and get a couple of rolls of 10 baht coins.

The location is perfect, especially in Chinatown. Everything was a quick ride away. Great view from rooftop pool.

More deck space at the hotel roof top pool would have been nice.

The rooftop pool was remarkable and the locations was quite the experience once you got use to it!
