Friendly staff location and roof top pool

Very tired hotel pictures were misleading on website, and was not worth the price paid - could of stayed in better hotels locally for the same price

Staff was very nice and helpful, room and bed were big and comfortable and the pool was nice. Surroundings are relatively quiet but still, you have a 7-11, good restaurants and a mall nearby.

Not amazingly well connected to public transportation and Grab / Taxi drivers took longer than average to arrive and often cancelled due to it being located in a side alley. However, we explicitly looked for a quiet area of Bangkok, therefore this is only a minor complaint.

Best hotel we've stayed in, in Thailand. The staff are lovely and extremely helpful, the outside pool has stunning views and the room was comfortable. Highly recommend!!

The location offers easy access to various transport options, a variety of restaurants, and a shopping mall with a supermarket, all within a 5-minute walk.

Rooftop pool with bar and very friendly staff. All my needs were met.

The rooms are very spacious and there are a lot of different sitting areas. Complimentary coffee/ tea/ water were provided every day and the room was cleaned every day. Great location as it was close to many places to eat and the subway line.

The bed was a bit too hard for me, but there is an option of sleeping on the day bed instead. The hotel is a bit old, so the pictures were probably taken when the hotel was brand new.

Location is close to 2 train stations.

Room was older than the pictures show. We had several loud neighbors that were fighting/leaving their children in the hallways.

The rooftop pool is very nice and the staff were very friendly!

The facilities are a little dated and the shower design makes water leak all over the floor.

The staff is polite & helpful. Treat every guest with respect even greet every guest each time they saw them. The hotel is at best location where all the famous tourist places are very near . The room was super spacious with all the amenities they mentioned in the description . The staff is willing to help with any problem. The view from the window is Such a soothing & pleasant site. The rooftop (9Th floo)r has swimming pool & gym . They clean the room everyday & provide all the necessary stuff like tea,coffee packets, waterbottle, grooming &:bathing products everyday without miss. I will stay here only whenever i visit thailand again.

Water in pool bit dirty and cold, but still swimmable.

Very spacious room, clean, with massive wood furniture, so we didn't mind that it looks dated. King-sized bed, with a hard mattress, but to my surprise, we slept well. The AC worked well, even if a little loud. Other than the AC, we did not hear any noises. The location is fantastic! 7 minutes walk to the MRT, 10 minutes to the boat pier. Great food court (Ma! Bang Rak) next to the mall, with delicious food for very good prices. The pool on the rooftop was enjoyable, as well as the lounge area around it.

The gym is very small and not quite usable. It is a small glass enclosure overlooking the pool. Cramped even for 2 persons. It gets very hot inside, and even though the AC works, it is still too hot for a good workout. The equipment still works, but is quite dated. The weights are not nearly enough.

Proximity to river and BTS . Large rooms , nice rooftop pool. Staff are super friendly . Plenty of places to eat a short stroll away .Good value for money.

The breakfast is ok ,a buffet with limited choices, food was only just lukewarm to almost cold. Could use a better heating system for it . We have stayed here once before , unfortunately, both times l have found the bed too hard , and lm used to extra firm Asian beds , so we won’t be returning , my back just got too sore after a couple of nights.

Arrived llate at night. Check in straight forward. Staff were very lovely, carrying cases etc. Happy to help. Free drink on arrival. Bottles of water daily in our room. The hotel was pleasant with a lovely rooftop pool. We never had any trouble getting beds. Breakfast was ok with usual choices. However, the hotel looks a little tired. Good location for the river.

The room was alright, you get what you pay for. The beds were comfortable, we had to turn down the AC because it was very strong (might be a positive for some people). They cleaned the room every day, changed the towels and brought us mineral water. Not luxurious but you have everything you need!

The main disappointment was that on booking.com we had the option to select 'airport transfer' but the hotel said that's not an option and they can book us a taxi. We ended up getting Grab as that's the cheapest. Everything else was alright, the hotel is a bit old and not on a glamorous street but that is reflected in the price, the rooms were clean and that's all that mattered to us.

Well located close to the river, BTS station , mall and many local shops and restaurants. The WiFi is obsolete and need an update. Count on using your mobile phone 4G connection.
