Nice facilities, staff and also great free taxi service to metro or BTS or market.

Room could be a bit cleaner. Breakfast could have more variety, but it’s still very nice tho.

Quite far from transport hub

I really liked the room and amenities, including the museum, mansion, pool, and jacuzzi.

Staff Service is world class. Will do everything to accommodate and make your stay comfortable.

Had to request toiletries and dressing gown to room.

This was a great find. Though the location is a little tricky, it is in a quiet place right in the city.TV was MASSIVE. Bed was GIANT and comfortable. All facilities were fantastic and the staff, particularly the host that runs it put in some great efforts to ensure the stay was enjoyable.Spa in the room was killer too!

Bikes for free use are kinda beaten up hahaha but if you are only running down to the 7/11 its fine.

Had a washer and dryer to use. The private Jacuzzi was nice and overall a nice place

Lack of bathroom supplies like comb and other things I've seen in other hotels

The room is large and luxurious with a wide balcony and jacuzzi on the outside don’t worry about your privacy there are fences

The break fast was good but felt too simple compared to the stunning aquarium there

Staff communication skills were great, their personalities warm and their professionalism noted.Facility is BEAUTIFUL. Filled with art and nature. Quiet Gym with newer equipment, a Sauna and 2 Pools, a restaurant for room service and a small bar. There's also a banquet hall in the back building with rooms above for the groom/bride parties.My room and the included outdoor space was fantastic! Bed mattress was VERY soft.

There were too many changes in the level of floor - it was awkward at times - especially carrying in food by room sesrvice.The hot water in shower seemed a little spuradic until it runs for 10 minutes.The Air Conditioning did not want to be set above 25 - 2 degrees below comfortable for me - it kept resetting itself... annoying.The comforter is a bit heavy for Thailand. Might I recommend something a bit lighter - and then turn the A/C to 27?The metal stairs (you don't have to take them) seemed a bit untrustworthy - and I wouldn't want to do them without the handrail or carrying a load - use the lift - it's awesome.

Very unique with a lot of personality. We loved the massive fish tank and the art exhibit. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We felt welcome from the time we arrived. We were traveling with three small children who had experienced a long travel day and a hospital visit. The kindness of the staff helped to make the check in process quick, easy and enjoyable. The beds were very comfortable and the jacuzzi is huge. The sell bath bombs at the front desk that we really enjoyed. We also loved that they had housekeeping throughout the stay. Breakfast had a variety of options including sets that can we ordered and a buffet of breakfast items, lunch items, fruit and beverages. We liked everything, especially the fresh fruit and curry chicken with rice. The location was fine for us. It took a while to get to most places we went, but that was not much of a bother for us. It was nice to get away from the busyness of the hotels on main streets. It was very quiet and peaceful. The staff sent directions ahead of our arrival to get to the hotel to help taxi/grab drivers get there. We enjoyed our visit and would absolutely stay again.

Cozy, family style hotel, enjoy the private jacuzzi, swimming pool, restaurant with huge aquarium, super friendly staff. Seafood Pizza with Onions and *must* for Pizza lovers - delicious. Thanks, will come backRolf

The location is close to the airport. It is very quiet. The aquarium is nice. The air conditioner worked well. The location of the pool was mostly shaded, which made for a nice swim. The washer and dryer on site was nice.

The quality of the room amenities has gone down. The pool needs to be cleaned more frequently.

Had a good stay. The spa jacuzzi bathtub was A+.I slept real well. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were nice The menu selections were just OK. Many of the food items I wanted to eat on the menu were not available. The service staff was amazing on every level.

Wish the smoking area wasn't so close to the building entry and exit by the pool but no major issues.

The bed is the best in Thailand, big, soft sheets, the jacuzzi in the balcony, breakfast a lot to choose, 2 pools, the fish tank where you can Watch a small peqce of a tropical ocean and of course the staff❤️

The location but that’s a personal issue

My wife and I enjoyed everything there very much. The staff was extremely friendly, and some spoke English amazingly well. There is a massive aquarium in the restaurant (rough guess 30,000 liters). We were excited to watch a man swim in it to do some cleaning on day. The jacuzzi in the room was very good too. The pump on it was very quiet and not bothersome. The balcony was large and private enough to get romantic. I highly recommend staying there. Everything is fairly new, clean and modern.

The nearest 7-11 is about a 4 to 5 minute walk, and there aren't any other stores closer. My wife and I enjoy going out in the evening for a few drinks, pool, and sometimes get a lady. There is nothing close. But, we used the Bolt app, and it was only around 150 baht to get over to the Nana Plaza area. The food in the restaurant was very good, but took them a long time to prepare.

Quite and peaceful hotel. The service is excellent, and two pools are amazing. Free shuttle from hotel to nearest metro station is best. If you looking for quiet and restful hotel after busy bangkok, this place is for you
