Conrad Bangkok

Cleanliness, location and friendly staff

The pool area is beautiful, staff friendly, close to shops and embassies, comfortable bed/room.

Location

I¿m the only patron the Executive Lounge attendant asked for room # even when you need hotel key to enter.

great staff. Convenient to central Bangkok. Good atmosphere with pool and good lounge

Breakfast was only fair for rating

Very nice and staff was friendly

Can't think of anything other than cost are like home in the US. But that is to be expected in Bangkok

The rooms are nice and comfortable. The pool is great..

Breakfast is crowded.

Overall good stay.

Require renovation, breakfast collection was very limited and repetitive everyday, Shattaf/Bidet not installed in the hotel facilities restrooms except in the room, service was a bit slow overall, surprised to experience that breakfast was only covered for 1 adult per room where I had to pay additional amount per day for all my kids.

Great location with amazing staff that have great attention to detail! Great buffet with wide variety of:)

Luxurious rooms - slightly smaller than expected. Pool is lovely. Breakfast was elaborate. Slightly removed from the mad touristy shopping areas. In a quiet area near the embassies.

Not too many restaurants close by

Kind staff and wonderful facilities

There is a few water problems at The bathroom and bathtub

Excellent staff, spacious rooms and great gym/pool

Bed is too firm for me. Please include sanitation water hose in all bathrooms. My room did not have it but some rooms do.

Wonderful property, very clean and maintained.

Gym was the best I’ve ever seen in a hotel. Swimming pool and hot whirlpool were exceptional. Staff exceptional and service was second to none

Excellent room. The Conrad Suite is very spacious and comfortable. The attention to detail is exceptional. Location is perfect. Executive floor service was very good.

Everything was great.

Lovely bedroom with a very comfortable bed and an excellent location

The swimming pool and that the eating venues closed by 9:30 or so

The staff was friendly, helpful and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Very clean rooms, close to shops and restaurants. It was exceptional.

This property was stunning and the staff made us feel so comfortable! The location was great- in the nicer part of Bangkok and on the same strip as some incredible shops and restaurants. The bed was heaven! So comfortable, the sleep ins were next level. The bathrooms were a little slice of luxury (great make up mirror and Mohave Ghost everything)- LOVE. The room was signature Hilton style (maybe a little more spacious). Will be back for the next visit to Bangkok

The room smelt damp/ mouldy - a lot of hotels do in Thailand but didn’t expect it here. Also if you are planning on laying by the pool, go early as the sun disappears behind the building come 1pm. Breakfast looked amazing but lacked a little in western options

Fantastic stay in Bangkok at Conrad. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Hotel was an exceptional standard. Will certainly stay there again if coming back to Bangkok!
