Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Bangkok

Very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is good close to station, shops, restaurants and mall.

The price is a bit high

I loved the location of the pool, it was very pretty and the music underwater was so calming and all the trees and leaves around it were beautiful. The location of the hotel was great as well, lots of malls and stalls and night markets all nicely lit up. Good food range as well but not amazing for vegatarian.

I love the friendly hospitable staff. I travel solo much of the time and the staff take away any and all awkwardness in moving about from check in to check out.

I do not like how long a stretch of time between visits to this fine hotel.

Great location , with 5 min from walking to Terminal 21 with many restaurants and shops, and sky train station. Awesome breakfast with great cooking. Big room with king size bed and view over lake.

Very clean, staff were professional

When i arrived, i had to place a deposit for if i used the minibar. I told them that i wont be using it. But still they insisted. So i gave them 100 USD. They had to convert it to Thai Baht, and told me if you didnt use the minibar, we will give you back the deposit in Thai Baht. I asked if they can return the money in USD they said no. It doesnt make sense. The idea is to keep money with them for if i use the minibar, they will use the money. But if someone doesnt use it, they should give back your deposit in your original currency. So when they gave me the money in Baht, i had to exchange it back to USD and i lost money, because of the exchange rate. It is not fair. It is a 5 star hotel, they should have another way of doing this.

Wonderfully spacious rooms, gorgeous pool area, truly delicious breakfast buffet and Thai restaurant dinner. Staff was all so gracious including Sopida, the Director of guest loyalty and Victoria the Hotel Manager. They both couldn’t have been more impressive, professional, genuinely friendly and helpful.

Staying at the Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit for a day was a fantastic experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making check-in easy. My room was luxurious, and the breakfast buffet had a great variety of delicious food. Overall, it was a memorable stay, and I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort and quality in the city.

The staff were just ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT I have NEVER experienced service as good from any hotel anywhere Every single person from the manager to the front desk .. the restaurant staff the laundry the spa .. the people who answered the phone SO courteous so helpful so kind Was just such a pleasure to stay here

The breakfast buffet is incredible. It was mango season when I was there and they had fresh mango every morning. No other place I stayed at in Thailand did that. The concierge service is so kind and helpful.
