Love the atmosphere and ambient mood of the hotel. Staffs recognize details of ptevious guest. Delicious food.

Need more inspection of all details in the guestroom, i.e. light bulbs.

This resort is an oasis the city of Bangkok. From the pool area, you cannot tell that you are in a city. And one of the on-site restaurants, J'AIME by Jean-Michel Lorain, has 1 Michelin star.

Incredible property, the location is perfect, it’s very quiet, comfortable and clean. Overall the staff is really nice too.

It’s missing this special attentions and details that make a 5-star memorable. The breakfast is nice without standing out, same for the room, no Smart TV, only 2 complimentary drinks in the fridge, cheap toilet paper.

The room was spacious and modern with a balcony overlooking pool and grounds. The property was beautiful and it felt like a quiet, remote resort in the middle of busy Bangkok. Great location.The breakfast buffet had so many choices and was delicious. Also, the staff was very nice and attentive.

I did not like the see through glass door on the toilet. The toilet door also didn't go all the way to the ceiling. There was a drape across the entire bathroom but that was still not enough privacy. I don't know if I would stay in the hotel again with that type of bathroom.

A comfortable room with lovely bedding. Relaxing grounds and a ground floor terrace room giving quick access to the pool. A Great breakfast,

No smart tv to watch YouTube / Netflix. A 5 star hotel should have a better entertainment system.

The stay was comfortable and highly recommended for family stay.Though the restaurant has no Halal food oprion.

Hotel to downtown guidelines should be available at hotel.

Located a bit too far from the centre (taxis or bikes needed to get anywhere)Outdated rooms that require renovation. Bad AC, it’s either too cold, or too hot/humid. No doubt hotel used to be great and comfortable 10-15 years ago. But some cosmetic renovation, sound proofing and more digital solutions in the room are neededSo 9/10 is a bit overrated. I would rate the hotel at 7.5 - 8 out of 10 given the price they charge per rooms

This was a one-night booking, but I wished we could have stayed longer. A beautiful hotel. The staff were professional and polite. The room was clean and very comfortable. It has beautiful gardens and a pool area. The onsite restaurant was excellent. The food and drinks were at a good price, and the service was excellent. Breakfast was very good and there was plenty of choice.I can not comment on location as my stay didn't include me leaving the hotel grounds.

In general spectacular property. The swimming pool is absolutely amazing. Good breakfast. One forgets that you are in Bangkok. Plenty small eateries around and massages - walking 7-10 min

Smoking area was just at the entry to our room. Was very disturbing. Given distance to metro it would be good to have hourly shuttle starting at least from 9

One of the best breakfasts! Beautiful pool, lovely and peaceful even though it’s in a great location with lots of restaurants and bars a short walk or drive away. The staff are so helpful and kind and the room is beautiful.

U Sathorn is a gem in Bangkok, it’s private quiet, yet super well located and central. The swimming pool is great, beautiful garden. We will definitely come back. The hotel is at the walk in distance to cool restaurant such as Iode or Cagette which is so convinient.

wonderful hotel, located very quiet but a bit outside of center. Very nice and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Nice rooms.

Breakfast was excellent and food in the library was also good. The room was big and elegant. The garden was beautiful.

The pool was not nice because there was too many people who had no manners. Many and many young women came to the pool in full dresses, even jackets on and they did not use shower. In the afternoon water was grey, oily and it smelled awful.These young women took pictures all the time with no limits and they did not understand, that other guests did not want to be photograped. There was a lot of screaming and yelling, no possibility to relax. The children who we met did behave very nice, only these women did not.The pool area was so beautiful that it was very irritating to feel it like a circus.

I loved the location. It felt like a peaceful escape from Bangkok, yet the city was just a quick two-minute trip away when I wanted to dive back in. I had such a pleasant stay that I even ended up extending it.

The app to order food, and request room cleaning was excellent. Very easy to use and good for communication.All of the staff were very friendly and helpful.The availability of facilities was excellent, always sun loungers available by the pool.There was not a Spa and wellness centre on sight , however a quick google search found the chain they refer customers too, the closest was a 9 minutes walk

The location of a non-smoking room with the door opening out to the smoking area didn't feel like great placement. Perhaps the smoking rooms could be given this area? Smoking by others at the pool and from their balcony also drifted which was not pleasant.The room by the smoking area, both late at night (after midnight) and early in the morning (before 6am) was very noisy with suitcases and trolley's being wheeled along as well as talking

Not my first trip in this hotel and always lobe it.In a quiet erea that allow full relaxation far from Bangkok noise.

Such a wonderful & tranquil haven with beautiful grounds. Rooms were immaculately clean and stunning. Breakfast selection was also excellent with the facility to order fresh from a menu as well as a buffet style option.

Quite honestly nothing negative to say. My husband and I were very sad to be leaving!

The hotel is very luxurious with great facilities and service as well as delicious food. The staff did an exceptional job at making us feel very comfortable during our short stay. They have amazing room service and all the necessary amenities in the room. Additionally, you can order whatever else you might need and you can do this via their hotel app, which is super practical. We stayed at the hotel because the 24-hour-use-of-room was perfect for our last day in Bangkok, but we will definitely stay here when we visit the city again because the value for money is incredible.
