Cleanliness, delicious breakfast, nice and helpful staffs

Depends on who the guests next to your room are, if unlucky, then, you may need to put up with some noises.

The staff were absolutely fantastic and very accommodating. We were at the tail end of our time in thailand and it was nice to have a small comfortable apartment to ourselves. I cannot speak higher of the staff, how friendly, kind and helpful they were. I would absolutely come back again.

Good breakfast, fantastic toilet seats. 2 br 2 bath, + kitchen layout was great. Good space to place luggage and if you wish to stay long term there are package deals 37k per month.There is gym and pool and parking is included. Good lighting and room is clean and spacious.Staff are friendly and helpful. Great message place nearby.

For the amount we paid, we wished there was more bottles of water, detergent provided in the laundry room. We went to an airbnb earlier this location and it was more well equipped than this stared hotel. Wish there is a better way to throw garbage than leaving out side the door.

Very nice hotel in a perfect little neighbourhood near Lumphini Park and MRT. Perfect for a first time stay in BKK (or any stay, i booked it at as last hotel on my 3 week trip, i was convinced by the washing machine) as its very easy to explore from here and there are also many local and western restaurants closeby, with One Bangkok modern shopping mall a short walk away.The rooms are appartment style and very comfortable and luxury. Very spacious with large balcony, modern furniture, living room with couch, chairs, table and cable TV. Dining space with chairs and table and full kitchen. Washing machine.Very big bed that was very comfortable with fresh and clean linens. Extra's like a little writing desk and chair in the bedroom for working. Very large toilet with bath, seperate modern shower cabin and a first time for me - an actual Japanese toilet with many functions including seat warming and automatic opening. For the price that i paid you could not get a bigger, more modern room in such a great central location.Staff was very friendly, both downstairs in the lobby and on the 8th floor where the reception, restaurant, swimming pool, etc. are. Very cozy modern interior and decorations and beautiful views. Swimming pool is a main attraction and looked very nice and clean. Special compliments to the security guard in the lobby who held open the door and gave me a big wai bow greeting with a big smile every time i entered even though i looked like a complete slob (all my good clothes were in the washing machine haha).This hotel is basically like renting a big modern condo appartment in central BKK, but with all the features and luxuries of a actual hotel - daily cleaning, very helpful and accommodating reception and staff, breakfast (up to 14:30 PM! No need to get up early to score a full breakfast/lunch).Good recommendation for getting to the airport is just getting a grab from the hotel to Makkasan (or any station on the Airport rail line).

Everything was very good and i would recommend it to anyone looking for a modern, spacious stay in central Bangkok.

The room service was only available till 2:30pm. We wish it was available atleast for the night.

Beautiful condo and super clean. Parking garage, pool, gym, all clean and well taken care of. Included kitchen and a washing machine. We got upgraded for free to a 2 bedroom apartment and it was spotless.

Cleanliness is number one on 6th Fl. A housekeeping guy, Ong, has a good service mind and well maintained his daily performance.

A complete apartment at the price of a regular room. They even let me stay an extra night at the same reduced price as on booking.com. Thanks Gus for assistance. Pleasant surprise was the fully automated toilet.

Laundry detergent is not provided (not even for purchase from the reception). The dryer option in the washer-dryer didn't really work - the two dryer settings are for 2 and 5 hours - we tried the 2-hr setting and the clothes seemed to come out wetter than when they went in. There are no airing racks in the rooms, so we had to use towel racks, the balcony railing and other such surfaces..The number of master switches and what each one controls is very confusing; the master switches aren't visibly very different from the rest, either in terms of colour or size - they just have the word 'Master' on them, which isn't evident.

This place was pretty awesome, it was almost a ten. The staff was very friendly, I had a washer in my room, house keeping was there every morning to clean and restock the coffee and towels. Close proximity to the One Mall and the Metro. I highly recommend the breakfast that you have the option to get it's the best I've ever had offered by a hotel and it's available from 0600-1430 which is good for those early or late morning wake ups. Truly a great place, the location down an alley way was the only negative thing to me, but there is a 7-11 right there for all your simple needs. Thumbs up over all.
