The highlight of my stay was breakfast. Lots of options. The opportunity to try thai food or enjoy the western options. The restaurant was clean. Nice staff.

The room was outdated. Pool is not free, you have to pay. The internet was available but sometimes slow.

The room is comfortable. Breakfast is wonderful. Staff are efficient & super gracious, especially Toey, H.K. , the one who made sure our room is always clean & smells good.

it is better in person, very close to Emporium, Em Quartier, so you can go and buy things easily. Rooms are clean and staff is very helpful. There is tours from lobby, i missed my chance but would definitely take advantage of it next time.

pool access is not default, also you need to call to request amenities such as toothbrush etc. Not nice for people with social anxiety.

Location, 7 eleven next door, comfortable and peaceful, felt like home

The installed toilet equipment was poor quality, for example the toilet paper holder fell off every day multiple times, the shower has no options

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean, the location is excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.A special thank you to the room service staff, especially Toey, who made my stay even more comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location, just in front of the Emporium shopping centre which connects to others shopping mall, Emquatier and Emsphere. Close to BTS Prompong.

Rooms felt like jail cell with a window instead very high from the floor and nothing to see outside

Bad window design

I chose this hotel because it's located next to a large shopping center. There's also a 7-11 right outside the entrance, so there's always something to grab and go. Breakfast is average.

The room size is small, but otherwise the price would have been less reasonable.

The breakfast was exceptional. I still think about it today. The location was very convenient because it’s across the mall and it’s connected to the MRT.

I didn’t like that there was an additional daily rate fee for the gym. I wish I could have gone to the gym during our stay

Very close to the BTS station, very convenient for shopping and felt safe. The room was super clean and the staff are very nice. Overall, I am glad that I chose this place for my 3 nights stay in Bangkok.

For a month they still didn't refund my security deposit. I've sent them a message 3 times and still nothing.

Comfortable bed and quiet

Terrible location cannot even walk across the street or down the street without incredible difficulty and danger. The nature of central Bangkok is dangerous with tiny pathways and aggressive drivers with blaring mufflers
