Courteous staff. Clean hotel. Location was great.

I was not thrilled that I had to request my pool time. It worked out ok, but I would have preferred more time at the pool.

Breakfast was an issue for me. Hot food in Asian section - ice cold - For my six day visit.

Location：Less than 5 mins walk to BTS Sala Daeng Station and MRT Silom Station. A food court is at the corner and a 7-eleven is nearby. Walking distance to Lumphini Park.Room： Nice and clean. But Mini Bar charges every thing. No free drinking water available. Stuff： Super nice and always with smile.Swimming Pool： Outdoor, not very big but with good privacy.

Price seems cheaper after paid.

We had a superb 5 day stay. Excellent & well connected location, spacious room on executive floor, great daily breakfast spread. A special shout out to Lounge staff for an providing amazing service.

Everything was fine

The hotel is cool but other than the elevator hall, just kinda standard 5 star hotel. I liked the free body scrub they let guests help themselves to, and the breakfast buffet was nice. Location in Silom was very connected.

Didn’t particularly enjoy taking an elevator to the lobby and another elevator to my room.Room was comfortable but I couldn’t sleep well although that may not have anything to do with the room.

Any and every request was not too much to ask, the staff was exceptional.

When exchanging money, some bills are not accepted because they had validation ink on them, it’s really hard for US people exchanging in Bangkok all around. What is considered acceptable in the US is not in Thailand. It t just at this hotel.

The staff in the Paragon Restaurant were faultless with their cheerful greetings and excellent customer service. The buffet breakfast caters to all tastes and the quality of food is excellent. The dinner menu also caters to everyone and we certainly found a few favourite dishes and desserts.

There is nothing negative to write.

The room is nice

The carpet on the room level. It is not easy to roll suitcases on carpet. The guest has to transfer to different elevator to get to the room. The gym is too small. The gym needs renovation. For fitness person like me, spacious gym is a must during my stay. The equipments are too close to each other. There is basically no personal space to work out.

Nice restaurants. Good breakfast with a wide choice of food. Nice parks nearby (Benchakitti & Lumphini - best places to run in Bangkok).Helpful staff.

The bed is very comfortable

Did not get a complimentary slice of cake for my birthday :( ......I did get some chocolates many years ago.

The bathrooms are unsafe. The shower is in the bath and it is in safe to climb over the side of the bath to get in. Getting out is more difficult and the floor is very slippery. The tap is also complex.

Staff, check-in, concierge, waiters were exceptionally helpful and pleasant. The high floors provide good views. Food quality and choice were great, and I've never had such an extravagant breakfast buffet!

The air conditioning wouldn't allow heat higher than 27 degrees which was a little too cool for my taste.
