Clean, modern, working a/c, comfortable bed, room looks better in person than in pictures.

Located inside a dark alleyway with no signs. Put a bright modern sign in the main road. Hotel location front looks better in pictures than in person

The staff was always helpful, and the location was convenient for walking to the center. The cleaning staff was super nice to leave water for us!

Our room was quite small and didn't look anything like the pictures we had seen. We could hear our neighbors next door chatting at 5:30 AM, as the walls were quite thin. The air conditioning unit was located right next to the bed, and the shower water fluctuated between hot and cold.

Extremely clean, every day changing towels, cleaning my room. Lovely helpful receptionists, cute cafe with good breakfast and coffee just next door. I liked everything about this hotel.

Rooms were very clean.

There were so many road works outside the hotel it was difficult to sleep. Also they take a 1000THB deposit and don’t give it back.

Liked being in this area, quieter but still well connected to places of interest.

The quality of WiFi reception, especially in the room, was quite poor.

No lift for people to go on I was allowed to use the baggage lift. Felt like it was going to break down. People were lovely but this hotel was more like an hostel. Asked for a twin room, got a double base with two mattress’ on it.

The hotel room was clean and good. The people who work there they always have smiling face and helpful.

The bed was very comfortable and the staff was super nice. Shower had hot water and the ac worked perfectly.

There were many moments in which the wifi was not working properly and we had to use 4g in the hotel.

- Rooms seemed unfinished with cement floor and no carpet or anything. - Was the standard of a 2 star hotel-Hotel surrounding was constant construction work so accessibility was difficult

There is an elevator for your luggage but not for use of people. No issue for us and we read the reviews so we knew what to expect. Not suitable for people with physical disabilities though

Great location and value for money. The accommodation was basic but very clean and comfortable. Very friendly staff who helped us with local travel advice. They also allowed us to store our luggage for a few days while we travelled to another island.

It is a little basic and the location was hard to find for some taxis. However it was good value for the price so really not a complaint.

The first thing I have to comment on is the staff they were so attentive and understanding to anything we needed. Thank you guys you really made our stay! The rooms were clean, safe and simple we barely stayed in them so they did everything we required, yes the walls were thin so at times we heard doors slamming as people came and left but it didn’t ruin anything about our stay we still slept safe and sound. They also looked just as described so I didn’t take any further images. We were close enough to koah san road to walk every time we needed to and the hotel provides business cards which shows their locations, this really helped with taxis and tuktuks if they didn’t initially know where we were staying. Note - tuktuks that have ‘taxi’ on the top are government owned and they cannot rip you off (I think their fee was 50bht per person and anything additional is up to you to tip). There was space to sit outside the front of the hotel and relax after a long day. 7/11 is right up the street, about a two min walk and the locals were extremely helpful. Overall we had such a great stay and wouldn’t second guess coming back.
