Dusit Suites Hotel Ratchadamri, Bangkok

Everything is amazing from the moment of our arrival we were hospitalized with a complementary ice cream. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We stayed over a week and every day I found a small surprise by the staff; either a nice letter from the hotel or a treat dessert. The breakfast is amazing and has halal food as well.It’s truly worth the visit.

Its NOT 5 star hotel. Probably it was 5 star in 90s. Now I would say it is a solid 3 star and nothing more. Everything is worn out completely, most of the parts of the interior must be replaced or have a really deep cleaning. Shower is older than me and has technical problems so I couldn't even take a shower properly, even technician couldn't fixt it. Not all the electricity sockets are working, ridiculous.

The staff, Ms. Win the recptionist was extremely nice and caring. Also the concierge that worked Monday morning (I missed his name) was really nice and helpful.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. Really enjoyed the breakfast options at the restaurant, it was well stocked and the staff was wonderful.

Had to pay for an early check in.

Location and luxury building

The only negative was the pool water temperature. It was 77 F which is cold for us!

Its near the BTS station only ,nearby world one mall but you need yo go by taxi or walking 10 minutes

Nothing near you like 7-11 or any other hotel And the hotel in the corner of street its not like on main road its on side road inside in end of the street near by all construction building, The breakfast is very poor for 5 star hotel its like there is only 5 main dishes ? and small setting area

Extremely outdated, stone aged TV, smelly rooms, scary elevators, and to make matters worse room was full of insects.

the property lost access to lang suan so it is not convenient to stay there if I ha e to circle around just to reach langsuan. the least you can donis request a pathway from dusit to langsuan

The shower control cannot be controlled! If it’s cold then can’t make warm because it will be very hot like boiling hot no transition between hot and cold. The slippers are not new they are used and not disposable. No room service food after 11:30 pm

Dusit is a lovely hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff, restaurant had wonderful food, and it’s location in Central Bangkok is close to all major sites with the two major downtown parks within walking distance… A definite plus for me. I highly recommend them and I will use them again in the future.

Hotel in great location, easy to jump on a tuktuk over take the metro, nice park in walking distance. Couple of eating options close by.Very friendly and helpful staff, big room, nice pool

Location was good and convenient. Pricing was affordable and sensible. Staff where kind and helpful.

It is somewhere between a boutique hotel and a full fledged hotel. amenities are limited. The property is bit old and rooms aren't modern compared to other options.

Room size was very generous for its price. Location, although a bit far from the center (if you walk) is quiet and peaceful. We also appreciated the free drinks and snacks in the afternoon and evening. Finally, the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Some of the parts of the room are a bit dated. However, they won't be enough to bother your overall stay.

The hotel’s location was also perfect—convenient to local attractions yet peaceful enough to feel like a retreat.

Some insects shown in the rooms, it would be greatful if the hotel take measures to control the insects in the room to ensure a more comfortable stay.

Close to the train station (bts). Far away from the crowded areas. Close to key locations (malls and caffès. Good value of money (worth it). Apartment concept with different options.

The water pressure was low

I stayed at this hotel in Bangkok with my two children, and it was a wonderful experience. The location is excellent—just one station away from Siam Paragon—making it very convenient. The rooms were clean, the service was attentive and friendly, and everything felt easy and comfortable. For families looking for a pleasant and welcoming place to stay in Bangkok, I highly recommend this hotel.

The location is good

The rooms though old is ok, but should be well maintained - which was not the case. The door lock, the shower had to be sorted after we complained.

Too many cockroaches like a big family with different sizes. Dust everywhere I had to wipe the floor every night and spray dettol to prevent the bad smell from coming in. The AC was broken in one of the rooms for two days. Too many noise in-front of my door with group of people filming something and they were so noisy until midnight for full two days. I payed to relax in a clean quiet room with my family and i had the opposite!
