Hotel JAL City Bangkok

The service was exceptional and the location was right next to the BTS metro station.

I like the location, the breakfast and the staffs are very kind and helpful. There are cafes and massage in the hotel next door which makes it super easy at night or early morning. I also like the amount of resturants choices too.

The room is small, althought the room is clean but the decorations make the room very cold and not cozy.

Very comfortable, clean and quiet hotel near the Thong Lo BTS station. You can use the gym, pool and sauna at the sister property, Hotel Nikko. JAL is not as posh and exquisite as Hotel Nikko, but is more than adequate for a nice and comfortable stay in Bangkok.

Near Thonglo BTS, lots of food and malls near by. Quiet inner street.

The building felt a bit dated when I stayed in 2022, but they replaced the entire A/C unit and moved it to the central location so it's not hot and cold like before. Bidets in the washroom is that's something you need. TV has HBO and other channels that you would actually watch. Better presentation overall with the new branding.

The room is in need of a virtual assistant to centralize the control (button control are a bit dated and no remote for the AC).

The pillow can do better. It is very soft and we have to ask for additional pillow. Staff service is quick and excellent

The room was spacious and spotless, providing plenty of comfort. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel looks jaded on the outside but newly renovated on the inside. Room was big, bright and pretty sound-proof. Front desk staff were very pleasant and patient. I was served by Ms Opal, she's friendly and full of smile. Breakfast spread was adequate and delicious. Dining area is clean and spacious.

The bedroom slippers were just too thin and filmsy, almost tripped over and fell when they bent on walking.

Good location near BTS stations, convenient store and restaurants. Modern design, reasonable price. Convenient laundry room.

Excellent location. Short walk to BTS station, about 3 minutes. 7-Eleven shops and lots of restaurants nearby. Delicious mango sticky rice from well-known Mae Varee is just around the corner. Easy to set location for Grab transportation pick-off and drop-off. Able to order food (e.g. Phed Mark) to be delivered to hotel and collected at entrance of lobby. Friendly staff. Clean room and toilet. Air conditioner was cold and adjustable. Water pressure for shower was good. Celebrated Chinese New Year with firecrackers and lion dance organised by hotel, together with Hotel Nikko.

Good location, 7-11 right outside and short walk to Thonglor BTS. Nice japanese toilet and spacious room. Launderette downstairs very helpful!

The hotel was good in every respect

I was unhappy about having to use the hotel next door for sporting facilities. Especially when I could have stayed in that hotel ( The Nikko ). Even more annoying is that your web-site shows the Nikko pool as part of the JAL, I should have a refund for this, I do not recall anything in your description mentioning that the pool was next door ? The Nikko was not much more expensive to stay in so why bother with the JAL, the rooms in the Nikko were of a better standard, I had a look at one of them.

The rooms are just renovated, so it is very comfortable. Facilities in the room are excellent. The location is very convenient, just a few walks to BTS station. Breakfast is good.

There's nothing I didn't like.

Have to go next door to use pool, no streaming services only local channels, charged over 1000 BAHT +tax/night to add a cot for my son to sleep on, 9 years old

I liked everything about this hotel especially the staff. Alex and Fairy were awesome, both worked the front desk and helped me navigate through the hotel facilities. Food was good, gym was good and the location was great.

I don’t have anything negative to say about this hotel.
