staffs were un welcome , no commercial, unprofessional at all , hotel rooms were not worth even 1* Hotel

Just not a Great Location. Ask the lady at the front desk price for a taxi to AirPort. She said 150 baht. Come to found out the old man that works there. uses his van and they change you the 150 baht. There is no taxi at this Location.

The rooms are small but very beautifully decorated. Spotless clean. The beds were harder than the cushy softer type but very comfortable. My wife & 2 kids slept great. This place is perfect for a short stay close to the airport. Going back on the way out.

Clean room, good property layout, lots of live tropical plants.

Its literally built in a slum. Next door is a shed village and the road to the hotel is very questionable in personal safety. The airport shuttle driver is very bad even by Thai driver standards. Twice he jumped to the front of queues of turn lane cars.

Very close to the airport and it’s nice to eat at the restaurant and sit and watch the water canal. The massage was great. The food was very good. The rooms have a cool pod layout and the plants are pretty.

We found 3-4 baby ticks crawling on the wall by our bed. And the facilities could use some updating.

Bed was comfortable.Wifi good

Definitely needs more light in the bathroom.

I have been staying here on and off over 3 years.I year ago the tuk tuk broke down, never to be used again. The hotel definately not a resort is at the end of a really dodgy street, and long distance for walking to shops in the heat and past the soi dogs.The prices of food and drinks are 5 star prices and you not only cannot book a superior room, but due to dog must book a deluxe room which is double the price,then to top it off they charge 500TB to have you dog stay. Never again will i stay here.

The staff, grounds and on-site restaurant were great.

The room has seen better days. A little maintenance and attention to details would go a long way. Batteries were missing in air conditioning remote etc.

The staff was excellent from our after midnight check in to our checkout. The restaurant was also excellent, both the staff and the food. We were waiting (a bit stressed out) for our 2 yr old Siberian to arrive from the US and the good people at PloyKhumThong made it very easy very comfortable.

Not a great area for pet exercise but in Bangkok space is a premium. This is easily worked around.

Staff very helpful and professional. Given early check in and help getting to airport in morning.

It has everything. Comfortable rooms for an incredibly reasonable price. Lovely open restaurant. A beautiful pool. And the best staff anywhere. Always helpful, always smiling and very happy to do a little bit extra.

There are a limited number of sun loungers round the pool. There needs to be a no reserving policy.

For being next to the airport it was very beautiful, with a garden, river view and a pool.

There were little ants in the bed but for the rest it was clean

The extra loud noise from one particular bird in the vicinity -may be a pet but extra disturbance. Its on airport take off and landing path and can't do much with the aircraft noise. Very hard to communicate with staff due to language bearer. No carts to bring bags during check in and checkout - Anyone on the property is given the bags to push them around to the rooms. Towels are dark brown and it may be ok for local authorities but it is a sanitary risk for international guests. I am used to white towels like in American Hotels. When you ask for info about restaurants, they tell lies and the lady at the reception said none around and none airconditioned, you have to sit outside. We walked 150meters and just across the mall are restaurants and shops with most of the amenities just across the road. They have a hotel shuttle but charges 200 Bhat per room and since our family booked two rooms, they charged us twice whereas it would be nicer to have it charged (in fact I would even ask for a free shuttle which is usual for that distance from the airport) per booking not per room. Hotel restaurant asks for cash only and no receipts. A reputable hotel would allow you to put on your room bill. SURELY NOT A HOTEL OF AN INTERNATIONAL STANDARD ON HYGIENE AND SERVICES.

I'm currently having trouble walking and the staff could not have been more accommodating, from giving me a bungalow close the the entrance, to delivering food and drinks and carrying all my possessions not to mention even giving me a wheelchair. Superb service!

far from area shopping and loose dogs on street, bad attitude from one of staff, no hiking, no sightseeing, sick dtriver still worked to drive us to airport.

Great proximity to airport, was easy for us to get there after a long flight. It's a pet friendly, which was our main requirement.

The place is quite dated and very tired looking, it'll do if you're looking for somewhere to stay near the airport, but it's a bit expensive for what it is. The restaurant is also a bit pricey for what you get.

We found the room to be dirty no towels bed was disgusting when sheets removed yellow dirty and stained Night staff was abrupt in his manner but did all he should

The location is conveniently close to the airport yet maintains the charm of a peaceful and pleasant resort. The staff is friendly, professional, and provides excellent service, making the experience even more enjoyable. The rooms are very comfortable, clean, and provide a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere.We stayed in a spacious room with our two dogs and baby, and it was more than satisfactory—comfortable and accommodating for all of us. The hotel also provided excellent services for our dogs, making it a great stopover between flights.Additionally, the hotel quickly arranged a large vehicle to transport our luggage—four suitcases and two crates—to the airport efficiently and without any hassle.

The only tiny downside was that the water pressure in the shower was a bit weak.

After 18 hotels around Thailand this was the most comfortable and best value for money. The staff give a high quality of service and the restaurant has exceptional food. The beds are awesome and the most comfortable I found in Thailand. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
