The amenities in the room was great (washing machine and kitchenette, with a large fridge and microwave). Bathroom was great too as was the size of the room.

The location is fantastic, staff is incredible and the downstairs cafe has really good food. The playroom for kids is amazing as well. Wifi worked great. Will be back soon.

The sofa was short and not comfortable. There was no table and chairs in the balcony. The breakfast was not good with very low variety of food

Close proximity to BTS and walking distance to emporium. Lots of foot massages on the street.

There renovation going on and we didn’t have access to the Tv channel on our last night.

Oakwood Suites is a really well run hotel in a great location. The management and staff are excellent and the hotel is great for a short or long-term stay. The rooms are clean and well appointed, the bathrooms are comfortable with great water pressure, the gym area is really good for workouts, and the pool is nice and comfortable. This is a repeat review as the prior visit brought us back again.

I loved the location of this hotel. It was right near the train station and loads of shopping malls (which is a big thing in Bangkok). Most importantly I loved the fitness center that was at the hotel. The pool was well maintained. Over all the whole hotel was clean and my room had a great city view.

The towels were a bit old and some of them had holes in them. The rug in the room had stains on it. Other then those 2 things there was nothing that I disliked and those things were not game changers and did not affect my overall stay.

About 5 minutes walk to the nearest BTS station that connects you to different part of Bangkok. And it is also near the EM Group shopping district with Emporium EmSphere EmQuarter all within 5mins away.

Service standard varies between staff, and i don’t why it took the team 24hrs to resolve a simple issue such as missing service tag for me to hang on the door - it is to inform housekeeping whether to make-up my room or do not disturb.

The location is central to most of the Bangkok region. The cleanliness of the hotel is excellent. The staff are efficient, courteous and accommodating for any requests. The gym facility is very good. The water pressure is excellent. The rooms are nice and fresh. The daily housekeeping is exceptional. The bathroom facilities are great.

The only weakness in the hotel is the restaurant on site, but that's only a slight weakness. There are many dining options available within a short walk. Don't allow this small issue to deter a consideration.

the property is very well located ,staff very polite and helpful , the only drawback for me was i am a smoker ,so i requested for a room with a balcony just so i could smoke , but the hotel by itself is a non smoking hotel , which is not mentioned anywhere , so that was dis appointing all in all a great property to stay at

Pros: great location, nice views, quiet room, dark bedroom curtains, comfortable furniture, clean, polite staff, proper gym, pool, wifi, hot water, water pressure, washer, dryer, allowed late checkout. Cons: basic decor, but not badOverall i recommend and would stay again.

The best serviced apartment I’ve ever stayed in. My family loved it. The pool was especially good for the kids. Staff were attentive. Facilities in the room were amazing.

1.The bed sheets, pillows, and blanket were very dirty and had not been changed.2.There were cracks all over the walls, which looked very unsafe.3.The staff were not proactive or helpful.4.The price was relatively high.

Room is in a good size to fit 3 adults, very spacious even with extra bed. Location is unbeatable. Plenty of shops and massive malls in short walking distance with proper pathway. Staff was friendly and helpful especially during critical times (the earthquake), they handled the situation promptly and smoothly. Will definitely come back again.

The location was great, close to Phrom Phong BTS station. The room was spacious and clean and the gym was exceptionally well stocked for a hotel gym.

Nothing significant to complaint about.
