Disappointed!!

I didn't like that the bathroom too small, electric outlet in the restroom was not working, wash cloth towels was not provided and no facial tissues.

Its a small boutique hotel. Offers simple, clean , basic comfortable rooms. Bed and pillows are new and clean. Looks small outside but inside there is lift and well-lit carpeted hallway. Staff are all very helpful, speaks good English.

The location is in the business district, not easy to find the first time esp at night. But during the day, very accessible thru Grab. I think its far from BTS or other public transpo, but conveniently accessible thru Grab.

Really bad noise from traffic couldn’t sleep at all

The staff was friendly, accommodating and took a good care of us. Hotel was overall clean, quiet, and location wise pretty convenient. There were many street food streets surrounding the hotel, many tourists and travelers, felt safe and welcome.

If you expect breakfast, pool or gym, they do not offer those services.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Aspira hotel. The location was ideal for getting around and only a short walk (10-15mins) to get to the river where you can hop on the boat or jump on the train. The staff at the hotel were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is spotless and I’d like to give a direct thanks to the house keeping staff as our room was cleaned everyday, and the drinking water & towels replenished, which was really great. It’s these small details that make a place feel welcoming and good value for money. Our room was comfortable and exactly what we needed for our stay in Bangkok. We would definitely stay again. The added bonus of a good shower, a safety deposit box and a fridge in the room was just the icing on the cake - the hotel ticked all the boxes for a really easy, pleasant and comfortable stay in the city.

There was nothing to dislike. Highly recommended hotel. It was brilliant.

It is not close to the Grand Palace and Wat Pho. Small rooms.

Air con was very strong. No laundry facilities. Location was okay, need to tuk tuk everywhere though. 7/11 very close by which was good.

Nice crew and cleanA little bit expensive because the room is small and no break.There is a coffee machine in the lobby but the coffee is really sweet I would prefer coffee in the room

Very close and convenient to tourist attractions.within walking distance to lerdsin hospital which was the purpose of my stay. Will definitely use it again. Staff are very helpful and the hotel is exceptionally clean.. made an effort with Christmas tree and decorations..

I chose Aspira because of the high ratings for cleanliness, comfortable beds, and the fact that it’s a no-pets hotel—important because I’m allergic to cats. However, when I arrived, I was surprised (and disappointed) to see a cat on the premises and noticed a smell reminiscent of wet fur. At that point, I almost decided not to check in, even if it meant forfeiting the money I had paid for my four-night stay.But I gave it a chance, and I’m glad I did. While the room was small, it was exceptionally clean and updated (very modern) like a newer hotel. It was also very quiet. I could not hear my neighbors, people in the hallways, or outside noise (which is VERY important for me-especially after such a long-flight when you just want to relax in peace). The floors were neither gritty nor sticky, and the bathroom was spotless. The sheets and towels were fresh, soft, and bright white—much better than I had anticipated based on my initial impression of the reception area.My view was of a brick building, but that was fine since I had planned to spend most of my time exploring the city anyway. Surprisingly, the location turned out to be excellent. While it wasn’t immediately apparent when stepping outside, by the end of the first day, I realized I had prejudged the hotel based on the reception area and its surroundings.Overall, despite the rocky first impression, this turned out to be a great place to stay—clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location. The location turned out to be fantastic, though not immediately obvious. A little research revealed plenty of upscale resturants nearby, and the hotel is conveniently situated between DMK and BKK airports, making transportation easy. I would honestly stay there again and would reccommend it. Staff were EXCELLENT-very friendly (including security and housekeeping)!!

The ONLY thing I didnt like was the stinky smell in the lobby (smelled like wet cat) and the cat laying around the furniture.

The staff were incredibly helpful when I walked in half dead one morning after losing my wallet and phone and wandering all over Silom trying to find the hotel (it's a little hidden) they let me back into my room and helped me find my phone and wallet. They did everything they could to help and I was incredibly thankful!

It's slightly hard to find, but once you get used to the area, it's a pretty decent location considering it wasn't too expensive and near other hotels going for 120 euro a night.

Very basic, don't even provide a tissue box. Upon request, I was given toilet rolls.

Amazing location, clean rooms, great aircon, bathrooms were perfectly sized and staff were incredibly lovely.

No amenities provided but I brought with me my own things so that wasn’t a big deal.

Amazing location with a nice pool.

My air conditioning unit dripped a lot of water, but eventually got fixed.
