Really amazing staff, I mentioned about the dietry restrictions for the breakfast buffet on the first day. For the following 5 days their chef and staff attended personally and ensured I had good food choices.

Very good customer service and the restaurants are great. Any request was promptly completed and with a smile. Excellent.

Very disappointing stay and far below InterContinental standards.From the first day, there were repeated electrical and telephone outages in both rooms I booked. Despite multiple complaints, the problem was acknowledged but never resolved during my stay.There is also a misleading booking issue. The website allows guests to select two single beds, but after booking the confirmation states the bed type is “subject to availability.” In reality, this option was never available and affected multiple guests, not just me.Overall, the service and facilities do not represent the InterContinental brand. This was my first and last stay at this property.

Cleanness found room card from previous tenant behind the night stand showing that some areas are not cleaned or looked for.Noise cancellation is non existent, can hear next room guests from bathroom very clearly and door closing from neighbors are very noisy doesnt live up to 5star hotel standardsGetting late “paid” checkout was a hassle they didnt make it easy eventhough rooms were available

Our stay at InterContinental Bangkok was absolutely perfect! I booked a five-day stay during my birthday without mentioning it to the reception, but the staff were so attentive that they noticed from the booking. They celebrated my birthday twice — once with a surprise during breakfast and later by sending a delicious cake to my room. It was such a thoughtful and memorable gesture.The hotel itself is very clean, luxurious, and beautifully maintained. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful, and we truly felt well taken care of throughout our stay. The location is excellent — directly connected to two malls, which made shopping and dining very convenient. Inside the hotel, the spa is amazing, and they even offer nail and hair services.The rooftop pool was one of the highlights of our stay — it’s stunning, with a gorgeous city view, very clean, quiet, not crowded, and with nice music. Truly the perfect place to relax.We also tried two of the restaurants. SoulKal had really yummy soups and desserts, which we enjoyed in our room, and the Fireplace restaurant served us the best steak we had in all of Bangkok. Both dining experiences were excellent.We loved everything about our experience and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok.

The hotel located in great area close to many shopping malls close by the hotel with walking distance. The room is good & clean. The breakfast is good & serving different options.
