Very good location, easy to get around, quiet. Breakfasts were a la carte, good quality.

Wi-fi was quite bad and its not suitable for work. The room smelled like mustiness. Swimming pool looks good on the pictures, but it is actually located outside of the hotel, basically on the parking lot.

The location: close to Airport linked station, facility looks quite new, room very nice and clean, large window view over the green park is very pleasant, staff friendly. The green park next to the hotel is a bonus, you can go to walk there in the morning or afternoon to enjoy some fresh air and a rare moment of calm in a busy Bangkok life.

This is a really nice hotel to stay in Bangkok if you want to have a nice location, but also enjoy some quiet time. The hotel is in a nice secondary street far away from the traffic.

Lovely hotel where the staff couldn't do enough for you.

Nothing- 10 out of 10. Went back for our last night in Thailand before our return home.

The location was great, right near Victory Monument Station ? The complimentary breakfast was really good and so were the waitstaff!

It’s spacious and clean. Good view of garden.The staffs are nice and friendly Close to King Power in a quiet street.

The room has dump air smells. Not effacing the stay.

A little different to get to traffic wise, located in a tiny alley, no notable tourist attractions in the area so we had to take taxis everywhere (if you’re a tourist)

LOVED the food, my goodness it was amazing. The staff was really polite and I loved the views from the rooms. Clean and great location for taxi calling. There is a good mall not far away

Simple and clean

Overall still good but take note that you can’t adjust the room aircon temperature. Call the help desk to change the temperature for you. They will even off the aircon for u when you are out

Not perfect but still OK to stay for the price you pay

There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom, therefore it's very humid after shower and not comfortable to stay in the room. Also, the fan direction of the air conditioner is not easy to change. I needed to stand on the chair in order to reach the fan and changed manually.

The staff were very accommodating and responsive, it was great that they made us breakfast boxes for when we had early morning starts for tours. The hotel had a great local vibe with a nice park next door.

Toiletry amenities could benefit from some moisturizer and the information on the restaurant timings in the room should match the actual opening times of the restaurant.

It’s quite clean and relatively cheap! It’s a nice low-budget stay option.

Housekeeping isn’t always available at night, so we don’t always get a reaponse when asking for toiletries refills.

I do like the cleanliness of the hotel and location. The staff is friendly and overall the environment is very comfy. The bed is very comfortable to sleep too. You may walk to the local morning market that serve some local breakfast. Oh, there is a chicken rice stall that taste superb yummy!

This location is near to the city which you can order Bolt / Grab at a very low fare to arrive, However the hotel is located in an alley that is less street light, so it might be a bit dangerous for ladies to walk around, the soundproof of the room is a bit weak.

Brand new modern rooms, lovely decor and incredibly comfortable super king bed. Very clean, very quiet, excellent view of the park. Pool is fun and a bit different. 24 hour security out the front. 5 mins on foot to national monument. Would stay again, unbeatable value for money.

some staff more friendly than others and were more willing to greet you and say hello, others didn’t look up. The cafe isn’t open yet and they don’t sell drinks or mini bar, 7-elevens everywhere, so not a huge problem. It’s located down a narrow road, which is a bit like an alley. Not a problem for us (2 females together) and there were always a handful of other locals walking up and down, but I would have perhaps been a tad more uncomfortable if I had been solo at night.

The hotel was new and clean. The bed was comfortable.

One day I found one towel with a little dirt which was not good. Also my friends had a problem with the changes of cash, the staff did not help them.The swimming pool was a stylish one. But there were people who were rude to take pictures while people were swimming in the pool.

Property was brand new, great sized rooms overlooking the next door park. Very quiet part of Bangkok. Staff where friendly.
