Room are great staff are friendly..swiming pool is cool.

Hotel located between 2 skytrain station.if u come with skytrain have a walk a bit

Superb location, modern room

The room itself was ok, but not very practical. Many things seem to be in wrong place that was so annoyed.

Friendly staff, location, restaurants near by, transit services near by, quiet, nice pool and relaxing area.

Good location, close to the bts, shopping etc

Can get better value for money in sukhumvit as it is a little on the expensive side for what it is

Door man was extremely helpful to get me a taxi to airport during this holidays season ( limited taxi availability ) great location to walk around the downtown area and loved breakfast!

Room decoration are old and unable to adjust shower heater to the desire temperature easily.

Room was very good, the bed was large and comfortable. I had a great Japanese style toilet. There was a bathtub in the bathroom which was nice. Location very good. The included breakfast buffet was outstanding. Hotel staff was good and taxi to airport was executed flawlessly with fast check out in the morning.

I wish the pool was a little warmer, I didn't end up using it after testing the temp a couple times. The lighting in the bathroom wasn't great. I tried to use the TV in the bathroom and either it wasn't working or I simply couldn't figure it out. I kept getting disconnected from the WiFi on one of my devices and I'm not sure why. The towel quality was very bad, I had far better towels at some of the lower quality hotels I stayed at this trip- this hotel needs to upgrade their towels for sure, one of mine even had a small hole in it they were so worn down.

Clean, upscale, even luxury… I mean, this place was tight in every aspect. I loved staying there. The location was excellent. The doormen & women were excellent. The coffee shop right with desserts, excellent. From hallway, elevator, breakfast buffet to the room and view, all excellent. I hope to repeat exactly that stay again. I loved it!

The price was higher than other hotels that I looked at, but the value made up for it it guess. That I’m booked already for next year should say a lot though.

Good breakfast with some vegetarian/vegan options. Clean and spacious room, complimentary water (restocked every day). Staff was very friendly and attended to our every needs.

Bathroom design super weird - sink was in the bedroom with poor lightning, toilet and shower were in an extra room. Hotel is located a bit far off the city center, but with an abundance of options for shopping and eating out. There were cockroaches at the pool area, but I guess that's not unusual in Bangkok.

S31 is right in the middle of Asok with tons of things to do. The room is awesome and the restaurants are all excellent. Staff is amazing Bed is so big and so comfortable This 2 floor suite has it going on. I think I’ve stayed in the same room like 4-5 times now.

Time to update the furniture

Varity breakfast. Many room type. Family room excellent for group of friends or family.

This is a bit older hotel. Lots of real wood and glass. Very well run. Staff is amazing and everyone know me by name when I come there. In fact they have been giving me the exact same room as well. Very classy and charming. Restaurant won’t disappoint either!The fitness and sauna are a big plus as well. I could go on and on. I’ve stayed at a dozen or so big hotels in BKK but when I went here for the first time a few years ago, I would not consider any other. It’s just right for me. And the bed in my duplex suite is literally big enuff to sleep 4!Also Asoke area is booming with restaurants, shopping malls and parks. You have to check out the park across the street. Jogging and 6pm outdoor free Zumba class very day

Could use an update on carpet and couches but not necessarily a complaint- just a suggestion

The food and th staff in the breakfast and buffet restaurant were….totally not service minded.We asked if they had bacon for breakfast and the chef just stared at us, i asked again and he shouted -WAIT! 5 minutes later he served 2 sets of bacon and eggs to another couple.Totally RUDE!!Beware of the price 2 small 1 glas wine 1798 thbWe had dinner buffet with discount great appBuffet was very dry and it was a left over evening. German pork is supposed to be juicy, it had passed the crispy stage.Big hands to the guys in the lobby and entrance though.

Great location near bts and mrt. Lots of stores. nearby.

Bit dated and had to take small stairs or take a slow platform elevator to go to my room.

Due to my schedule, I had breakfast only once, and it was very good with a variety of food. The room was great. Location was fantastic, great concierge service, and the overall staff was great.
