Louis Tavern Hotel

Room service was affordable and tasted good. The staff were friendly and spoke serviceable English.

Advertised as being pet friendly and having a gym. The hotel is not pet friendly and doesn't have a gym. No major dirt and grime but the every odd service needed to be cleaned. Make sure you wipe down every handle because 90% of them were dirty.

Staff very obliging and early morning call at 4am was made. They called a taxi for 430am

This is a real hotel with very good price if you are same like me who prefers to stay at hotel instead of any kind of homestay etc. I have been to Bangkok so many times, therefore I know with the same price you could hardly find a hotel, but only kind of homestay or homestay pretending hotel.Most of people would see its location as a disadvantage, however, for me, it is not bad at all, if you know how to reach pink line to connect BTS green line by which you can get to the city center and everywhere. If you arrive lately at DMK, you can reach here by taxi in 10 minutes. Anyway, this has been my fav in Bangkok.

This time I stayed on 8 floor where Wifi is not quite stable. The window of my room was covered by a lot of bird poo. It’s a pity, as I expected to enjoy the view.

Very clean and quiet. Also has in house restaurant.

No English channels but you can use settings on remote when watching English movie to listen in English

I had to pay THb 500 for keys lost, nowadays every property use key card but they uses old fashioned physical keys which is difficult to handle.

its near the airport, and the railway station.it's clean and the personal are helpful. they are a food market and a 7 eleven in 5 min.

Modern design and clean. The location is not perfect in the city but it’s close to BTS and Metro and still has good access to city center.

WiFi is poor in the room. I stayed in 311. I have to go to lobby for internet.

We booked this hotel because it is really close to DMK airport. It’s quick to reach with the car and it is convenient. I wouldn’t say it’s a 4 star hotel tho.

The only thing we didn’t like was the carpet in the whole floor without slippers provided.

Great service and value for money near the airport. Very quiet when you're in the rooms, you don't hear traffic or planes.

The kindest staff from the door man to the reception. Had problems with the swimming pool and they got it fixed right away. Even with the language barrier they were so accommodating

I have stayed there 4 times before. One late night during stay,I broke my foot in my room. Staffs at the time are very kind and did very well to me, especially, the night shift front desk lady and the morning shift front desk lady. Bell boys , restaurant staff are also nice. I will absolutely come back there next time!!Thank you very much.

Don’t ignore the bad reviews like I did!

Pool was closed for maintenance, when I complained that we weren’t warned in advance and I would like a small refund the staff laughed at eachother then let me into the pool…. Which is nothing like the pictures! No sun loungers only old chairs, loads of broken tiles and steps close to falling off. Room smelt terrible
