Breakfast was ok , main staff was excellent , front desk was accommodating as possible .

Facilities needs major updates, poor water pressure, hallways carpets dirty , major cosmetics flaws in the room and bathroom, only one elevator working . This hotel did not meet my 4 star categories.

Beautiful hotel, modern looking room friendly and helpfull staff, lobby is cozy and fresh. Premium feel.

Tiles in shower are perfect for slip and fall, a/c very loud, the outside unit Is right in front of single layer glass window So you hear eveything. With that Saíd, apart from the shower tiles, we couldnt really complain.

Since we were travelling with a baby, I asked for a baby cot and they explicitly confirmed that they have it (it was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel because there were better options even closer to the Don Mueang airport). Since we were four in total we had to book two rooms. When we saw our rooms there was no baby cot and then they told us that they actually do not have a baby cot. So afterwards they prepared two small beds (+ the existing double bed for adults) in one room. This was kind of ok for us (and we appreciated the solution of the staff) but then we of course wanted to cancel the second room so I went down to the reception (twice) to ask for cancellation. They refused to cancel by saying that they cannot do it because we already checked-in (when we checked-in we of course did not know that they do not have a baby cot). I then wrote to booking.com customer service asking for a refund of the second room - booking.com contacted the hotel and the hotel said it's too late for the refund and that I should have cancelled the second room during my stay. As mentioned above, I tried to cancel the second room twice so the hotel bluntly lied to booking.com.All in all, I would not stay here anymore, especially if you have a baby/child that needs a baby cot. This was the only bad experience we had with a hotel in Thailand during our trip.

The suite was lovely and spacious. The pool was also very good.

The restaurant was very poor. We were the only customers, yet they served cold boiled vegetables, and a tenderloin steak that was too chewy to eat and was sent back.

Due to Thai New year loud street party till past midnight...Our bodies din't agree with the fried fish from the expensive hotel restaurant.

Breakfast was quite good, with a fair spread of continental/Thai food.

Poor communication via booking.com. Lack of baby cot availability despite confirmation from hotel in advance. They only have one baby bed for the whole hotel which itself is unsuitable for babies who can sit as the latch to secure the side is broken. Poor customer service with no apology despite the above.Broken plumbing with water leakage.Location far from any means of transport and only 3 shuttles provided per day from hotel to airport only.Windows don't close properly leading to noise from outside and AC.

Horrible smell threw out the hotel, my room upon arrival had hair all over the bathroom and floor, there was a blood stain or maybe not even washed stain on the comforter, very dark gloomy room, the light on the night stand wire was loose so it flicked on and off the whole time, the patio looks like they slaughter birds there it was covered in bird feathers it probably hasn’t been cleaned in years and I’m not even joking it was horrible.

Stayed for 1 night for connecting flight home.Arrived in the evening, but had everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Location convenient to airport and in an area walkable to restaurants. Friendly staff and smooth check in / check out process. Onsite amenities were plenty.

Our room on the 6th floor had a foul sewage like odor and was a bit dingy (chipped paint and stained walls, amenity kit packaging was stained and dirty, floors and finishing were cracked and scratched). Bed is huge but uncomfortable. Only 2 pillows provided in the room. Bed sheets had a few long black hairs (I'm blonde, so definitely not my own), which I understand can happen with laundry but on top of the smell and shabby finishings, it just felt icky.

Expensive restaurant,only 1 lift to serve staff and residents, filthy smoking area, no bars nearby, small pool with limited seats.

The room was really spacious and quiet which allowed us to rest after quite a long flight. I did enjoy the quality of flooring resembling a real home.

We came across some issues with hot water in the shower area. Sometimes it was on and sometimes off. Not something we cannot deal with at the end of the day but it would be awesome if the place could fix it.

My mom lost muffler & reported to hotel. No action is taken. It’s not expensive but my mom loves it.

Bed was good. Have a balcony. 7eleven is close. Short way to the Don Mueang airport. Breakfast was ok, even there was also some stale fruits

Aircon very dirty, so much dust in the area where air come, balcony was so dirty that i did not want to go in there without shoes. Had only 1 free water bottle in the room, even it was 3 person paid in the room, and i had to pay one water bottle also when we left. Night table light was skew. Doors in the cabinets are little bit broken. For sure not feel like 4 star hotel.

We had requested an early checkin from 7am which they had confirmed, but then our rooms weren’t ready till 11am. That’s exhausting after a long-haul flight with a small child.
