1, staff very good manners and helpful 2,breakfast very yummy 3,even located at small road, but feel safety

Have a door for room to room, experienced that the other tried many times to open the door till we knocked the door and replied don't try your best to open the door, we will inform police

Large room, big comfy king bed, nice staff especially the cleaning staff, free breakfast, quiet location close to shopping malls and many tourists attractions.

Not really, was out most of the time.

The breakfast was amazing. Room cleaned every day. Very helpful and caring staff. Their English is very good. I only know two words in Thai.

The surrounding buildings form something of a canyon that echos & a large dog kept barking. Not really part of the hotel but affects it. The location is good for Pratnum but not BTS or Metro line.

Peaceful and quiet with decent hotel guests. Helpful staff too.

Would appreciate if management could brighten up the 50 meters lane from main road leading to hotel entrance.

Breakfast was great and the staff are very friendly.

The way the shower head position, splashes water outside the tub which causes water to flow on the floor. There was a towel but by the time I showered after my friend, the towel is all soaked up. Not comfortable.

it was only the area around the hotel yes i have already been back and planning to use it again next year. an extension to the rail line when complete will improve the area

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and we were genuinely impressed by the overall experience. One of the highlights of our stay was the excellent location. The hotel is conveniently situated within walking distance to several popular shopping destinations, such as Big C, Platinum Fashion Mall, Pratunam Market, and Central World. This made it incredibly easy for us to explore the area, shop to our hearts’ content, and return to the hotel whenever we needed a break.There’s also a 7-Eleven just around the corner, which was very handy for quick snacks, drinks, or any essentials we needed during our stay. Right in front of the hotel, there's a laundry shop, which made things even more convenient—especially for longer stays like ours.Another big plus was the Thai massage parlor located very close to the hotel. My husband and I made it a point to enjoy a Thai massage after our daily activities, and it really helped us unwind and relax after a full day of walking and shopping. It was one of our favorite parts of the trip!Each morning, we looked forward to the breakfast buffet, which offered a good variety of options to suit different tastes. Personally, I really appreciated the selection of vegetables, which were delicious and well-seasoned. It was a great way to start our day.The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. They were always smiling and welcoming, whether they were greeting us, assisting with inquiries, or serving during breakfast. Their hospitality added a personal touch to our stay. We also appreciated that they allowed us to store our luggage at the lobby for a few hours after check-out, free of charge. This gave us more time to explore the area without having to worry about our bags.Lastly, we were very happy with the daily housekeeping service. Our room was cleaned every day, and we received fresh towels and bottled water, which we found very thoughtful and consistent.

The bathroom could have been cleaned thoroughly. There were dirts and molds between the tiles. I believe it can be removed if cleaned or scrub thorougly. Cleanliness comes first above all, whether the building is new or old, or big or small.

The beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly and very helpful. It was in a convenient location close to the train station and convenience store.

There was a leakage in the bathroom so after every shower there was a puddle of water on the floor which was annoying to deal with. The shower curtain also had many big stains on it.

It wasn’t that expensive & it’s very near shopping places.

Choices for breakfast is not too many but the coffee was very good.

The hotel was really cool, and the staff were very friendly. We were supposed to check out at 12 pm, but due to heavy traffic way back to the hotel, we checked out around 2 pm. Even though their policy mentions extra charges, they didn’t charge us. Totally worth staying there

nothing. all are exceptionally better. nothing to dont like at all.

The breakfast was superb. The location was good, a few walks away to ARL and Pratunam and Platinum Mall. The receptionist, Ms. Fon was very accommodating. The bed was soft and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back!

The cleaning staff forgot to clean our room because the door sign was missing.

Nice enough room and location was pretty good to get around Bangkok. Staff were very friendly and helpful, would definitely stay again if in Bangkok.

The hotel lobby is clean and has a pleasant smell.. employees are very helpful and courteous Our quad deluxe room is very spacious! Love the size… bedding very comfortable.

Wonderful hotel close to an airport line metro stop. The hotel is very nice with beautiful decorations located at a convenient quiet location. The rooms are very nice, well furnished and super clean , including the private bathroom. There are many sockets in the room, WiFi worked very well. Staff is very friendly and helpful. You can also leave your luggage at the reception if you arrive early or leave late.The beds are very convenient, with two pillows and a blanket. Sheets are comfortable and perfectly clean.Breakfast is included, it is served at the restaurant on the ground floor and it is very good.

It was a bit old, but okay in general

Nothing much, except there used to be more bath stuffs and instant noodles available. But the last time I stayed, there was no noodles, no snacks and not many bath stuffs except essential ones like shower, shampoo, towels, …

The room is very spacious and it was cleaned everyday. Drinking water was provided everyday. Staff are nice and approachable. There is a 711 nearby.

Location wasn’t as convenient as I assumed. Always traffic going to and from hotel due to the construction around the area. Also, the breakfast menu was delicious but it was the same everyday. Some variety would’ve been nice.

Cleanliness, location to airport metro and all important destinations in Bangkok
